Super 7 Motel

The property was well kept up, and near restaurants and gas stations. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a good room with the basics: bed, bath, fridge, microwave, and TV. I appreciated that the TV remote was one that was designed for easy cleaning, with soft buttons that could be wiped clean with one swipe.

The parking lot was small, in that there were enough spaces for cars, but not so much for campers and trucks. Because the ground was sloping, it took me a while to find a good spot for my camper. I would not recommend this place for big RVs. But the woman at reception helped me find the right spot, which was very nice.

1) Noisy heater/AC. I would like, designer of these heater/AC to sleep near to this heater/AC. 2) Windows overlooking the parking lot. I was lucky, that nobody woke up at 4:30 am. Once, in a another motel, a women parked her diesel truck by my window. She arrived at 00:30 AM and departed at 4:30 AM - the time I usually sleep. She woke me up twice and I did not sleep that nigth. I was lucky this time in Motel 7, but this kind of architecture is really bad. Windows should face the opposite side of the parking lot.

The pictures online made the establishment look old, not very clean and run down, but for the price , it was to be expected. To my surprise ,when my family and I arrived it was nice and alot more upkept then I expected, rooms were super clean, spacious, and very cozy . Staff was super friendly, accomadating , and not to mention Understanding, I have a special needs child that throws tantrums and I was afraid he may cause a disturbance, they placed us in a quiet part of the hotel away from most guest, and they allowed us to have a my son's service cat , even after failing to report the animal, they were still really cool about it. The maintenance is very nice and tells us good morning everyday , always makes sure we're stocked and cleanse the room , Very comfortable place to stay .

Plenty of space, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and there were plenty of things nearby to do, places to eat, literally a McDonalds within a few minutes walking, a Burger King and many other places to choose from. the price was excellent and the next time I’m over I’ll definitely stay here again.

I liked everything. there was nothing to dislike.

The location was easy to find and close to where I needed to be for the event I was going to. I really appreciated the staff, she was super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and I really liked how clean everything was.

It was a little rowdy and noisey outside. There wasn't really anything the staff could do about it, but it did affect me a little. I think it was just some college kids because it was a Friday night, but just something to keep in mind.

That the water for the shower was really soft and that the price was really cheap compared to other hotels in the area the bed was comfy as well. The tv worked and the fridge and microwave did too. We had parking under our room.

There was only one pillow per person on the bed so my neck hurts. We also thought it could have been cleaner. It’s just kind of sketchy and made me nervous because there’s people who live here. Also the walls are SO THIN! We heard everything out side the hotel room.

The customer service of your employee was amazing. I wish i got his name. He worked thursday night and checked us in around 11pm. What a great asset, he was super friendly and helpful.

Some of the people staying there seemed kinda sketchy. If i knew it was a hotel that had long time stay, I would not have booked it. However, it all worked out and your employee made it great.

The room was way more up to date then I had expected. The room was clean and the bed was decently comfortable for the price. My only complaint was that the pillows were extremely flat but I’m also very particular with my pillows due to chronic migraines and should have brought my pillow in the room.

The staff was polite and it was very close to my favorite restaurant! The other customers were genuine people and it felt like a community.

It was hard to hear the staff when checking in and out because of a glass window. You could use a phone to make communication through the glass easier, but I’m afraid of germs so I didn’t do that.

Staff was friendly, this is right off the highway and was convenient. Facilities are adequate and we’re why was expected for an affordable/value place.
