We liked the location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price was good for the room size and overall facility cleanliness and the location.
The room we stayed in seemed dated and could use a face lift to help clean it up. A few areas could have used more attention to help keep it clean, ie garbages outside were overflowing and pool area had food on the ground and ants.

Prefer a more traditional breakfast so we did went out to eat.
Cleaning service schedule was not up to our expectations. We were there for a 9 day stay and expected daily towel replacement and bed making. A complete room service once during our stay would have been nice too.

only that the people in the room next to me were VERY loud and had a dog that barked alot when they left. And for some reason congregated outside their door while talking loudly, which was right next to my door

The bedding was soft and comfortable
My first room selection toilet did not flush correctly. There was a staff member (long hair) comical, lol who tried to help but eventually took me down to reception area and I was offered another room. Great accommodation!
