The rooms were really nice and clean and the place was quiet. The staff was super friendly. We brought our dog and they keep the pet friendly rooms downstairs. Someone had moved our room in their system to an upstairs room but the lady apologized multiple times while she had to move our room to the second building, just because it has finished their current renovations. Even without their renovations, which I'm not sure what they entail, our room was still excellent.

Breakfast was the only thing that wasn't excellent. Good but only cold and grab and go options. And in our case we had to go over to the main building to get breakfast, though our building did have the vending machines.

Staff was nice and came right away when we had a problem with our tv. She helped fixed the issue and was super nice the entire time she was helping us. instead of just giving us a different remote and letting us try to fix the tv issue she stayed till it was solved

Pool and hot tub area needs a little work hot tub doesn't work properly and the room needs some fixing up. Also the eggs for breakfast did not taste very good so maybe try another type or brand. Not really to much more negative to say.

Nice clean building and out grounds. The room was extra clean!!! I am a corner checker and everything was spotless including the bath room. It was a great size. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was small but hit all the checkoffs.

No elevator, outdated pool and spa room. The spa jets were so weak you almost couldnt feel it.

The facility seemed brand new, the electronic locks were very convenient, the room was a good size and had all the amenities we look for. The breakfast was one of the best you will find in a hotel, with items you can cook, items that have been cooked and all the usual options. The parking was convenient.

I really can't think of anything, our experience was much better than we expected based on the reviews we read and the price we paid.

I had a little party for my daughter's birthday there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. The girls had fun. Breakfast was good. I loved that they had little Minnie waffles for the little one in the morning rather than the big giant waffle that she never eats the whole thing. Overall a great place.

First time at this hotel. The rates were very good so we decided to book a room. Everything was beyond expectations. The room was very clean and and offered room for a recliner, which I enjoyed. I was very pleased and would stay there again.

It was clean and close to the lake. The people were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.

Coffee maker didn’t work in my room the last day, but that wasn’t their fault it just stopped working.

Breakfast was a good selection. Plenty of seating with tables.

Pool area was dangerous with pool water on the SMOoTH tiles around the pool. The air was soooo chorinated that it smelled at the front desk. It was very hard to stay in the pool area for more than 15-30 minutes.

The staff was by far the best staff my wife and I have ever experienced! So friendly!

Could have been just a little cleaner. Carpet was a little dirty and there was some hair on the towels.
