My kids always love the pool, hot tub and of course the new touch free pancake making machine. The staff was especially helpful when our neighbors were celebrating a bit lot it was handled within minutes. Adam on the night shift was very accommodating to our needs including the pack n play for my 2yr old son and helping to light the awesome gas fire pit in the outdoor lounge area for some cool time after the hot tub.

I wish I'd I started my stay during the weekday with that rate I could continue my stay through the weekend with the same rate instead of the 50% weekend hike.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, room comfortable, price was very reasonable. Complementary breakfast was good. Air conditioner was quiet.

I had some trouble finding this place when approaching FROM THE WEST. A tree obscures the hotel sign completely until you are right on it. When one is unfamiliar with the town and looking for a place, a very visible sign would be helpful. I recommend cutting the tree way back or taking it down and planting something else.

I liked the location in proximity to Arnold’s Park and Okoboji. A short drive and for the money saved it was worth it. The rooms were clean and updated, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hair dryer was missing from our room and it took a little while to get a new one, but the staff was very helpful in looking for one and getting help from others in locating one for us. The breakfast was good but there weren’t any eggs on any of the 3 mornings we were there. The biscuits and gravy were good but my kids were hoping for a change of pace.

All staff exhibited "hospitality" during my stay. Front desk, maintenance and two housekeepers all on separate occasions greeted me with a pleasant "hello/hi". Facility was exceptionally clean in all areas (entrance, lobby, hallway, room, breakfast room, and pool room), my room had updated modern furnishings and a wonderful shade that blocked all light.

I did not see or experience anything that I did not like.

Very good. Maybe throw in some scrambled eggs or omelets in addition.

Nice room. We had a King suite. Very spacious and clean. The hotel was pretty quiet.

They did not have a working safe in the room. I wanted to use it to store my work computer when I was away from the room. They are removing the safes from the rooms.

Amazing place. Came for 1 night stayed for 5!! Close to many places. Breakfast was awesome. Super clean. Everyone is so friendly. Room was extra large.

not all electrical outlets in my room worked properly, water temp control in my bathroom sink not working, shower floor needs better non-slip appliqués, shower walls should have suction cup hand grips.

Stay was great. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast had warm food options which was nice. The complimentary toiletries and the coffee options in the room were great quality.

There isn't anything standing out as something I didn't like, but there wasn't anything amazing for the price. I'd stay at the location again.

The breakfast was very good. We liked that they had a longer breakfast time. The children liked the waffles. The pool opening early and staying open later.

We were completely satisfied.
