Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Waterloo

Hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, link sausage, biscuits and gravy. You can make waffles. There was fruit, bagels, cold cereal, juices, and coffee. Everything was simple. The eating area was clean, and the staff hustled to keep it that way. Nice thing is that breakfast was free. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Bath and shower were fine. Cable TV had many stations. Check in was quick and easy, and the staff was great. This hotel is not fancy, but it's clean and convenient, and the staff is friendly.

The Wi-fi was pretty bad.

Value (low cost) and stay was helpful and corteous. Food was plenty and goid.

The trash can by the entrance to the building had something wrotten, which brought not only a terrible smell, but flies. 2 of the ice machines were not working. An engine of some sort went off around 8 or 9 pm. The staff on duty came to check but by that time it had gone away.

Staff was extremely friendly and responsive to questions and concerns.

My only complaint would be the grout on the tub, where the tile met the tub wall, looked a little questionable. It may have been perfectly fine, but looked like it needed a good scrubbing or to be recaulked. Otherwise, the facility was very clean.

Very nice accommodations for the price. The breakfast was exceptional, not continental! Fresh biscuits with sausage gravy, links and scramble eggs!! I was very impressed!! Will stay there next time and definitely will recommend.

Will make sure to reserve room on first floor next time, there is not an elevator and I have a bad knee.

The beds were really soft. It was low to the floor which makes easier to get in and out. Very spacious room.

The fact that the maid or whoever, knocked on our door at 8:55am to see if we were leaving. When the do not disturb was still out. Very inconsiderate, should have a set time for staff to knock on the doors, that's a little early.

Annette at the front desk is awesome, so friendly and really helpful. I stayed at this motel in March for a pool tournament. She worked at the desk and also spread salt on the parking lot.

The door key didn't work well for the outside door. Usually, I had to try at least 3 or more times.

The front desk helped us save money in selling us lost island tickets. I really like that he got to know me and asked questions about our visit to town.

My second night, the people who rented the room upstairs were up at all times of the night. Pounding the floor, jumping till 6 am. Maybe being mindful and not putting a bunch of teenagers all in a room.

Shelby at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. :) The hotel is located very near to restaurants and shopping. The pool goes to a max depth of 4' 8" and my kids (5 and 10) enjoyed it.) Nice breakfast with several hot options.

The room was exceptionally nice with a good TV, plumbing worked (stayed in the past at a nearby motel that had a nonoperating shower) and the most comfortable bed at a motel that we’ve ever had!

The key cards initially wouldn’t allow us access to the building and, once inside, to our room.

Nice variety breakfast offerings. Eggs we're better than I expected. Facility was clean, staff was friendly. Had the pool to myself, felt good after a 5 hour road trip. Location was convenient, near shopping and various restaurants.
