The room was comfortable and clean. The price was the best bargain I've had in a long time under $100. the staff was friendly and willing to help with all your needs (except breakfast).

The breakfast would have been good if I could have gotten any. Came down 1 hour after it started and they were out of biscuits and gravy, no forks to eat the cheesy eggs that they did have, no coffee, waffle maker broke, only one bagel left and 2 pieces of bread. I think the poor lady running everything was new, but no one was making an effort to help her get things out.

It was clean and layout of the room was very nice. We where able to have other family in our room for a vist and has plenty of room to sit without using the bed. When we checked out and left the hotel we had forgotten a bag and they let me back in the room to get it with no probem.

The pool got shut down for over a day since an adult had a number two accident. Did ask for extra towels and never got them had to go down and ask for them again.

The location is great; close to family, friends and business. I like the WELL LIGHTED parking area. There is plenty of space to walk the dogs

Breakfast was unimpressive; however hot breakfast is a big improvement over the "grab & go" breakfast. There is something about how everything is arranged at the breakfast bar that makes things hard to find -- no logic. Vacuuming could be improved in the room. Maid training needs looking into -- bed left unmade because an article of clothing was left on the bed. Maid said she was not authorized to touch guests things; unable to clean bathroom if toiletries left on sink. Really? Trash baskets not emptied.

In a quiet location and very clean and good variety for breakfast, glad to see some sugar free items.

Only wished pool area was open longer as if can’t get rooms til 3 and close pool area around 5pm. By the time you get things to room and change not much time for pool time, unless you are staying more than one night. But overall this place is a great motel to stay. Yes, I would stay again. 😊

We always stay here when we visit Webster City. It's the best in the town. Housekeeping did check to see if we needed anything one morning.

The breakfast usually has scra mbled eggs. There were none. The coffee ran out and they thanked me for telling them but didn't offer to make any. One morning my bed wasn't made but my husband's was!

Breakfast was vert good. My husband enjoyed tbe Scrambled Eggs and Sausage. I enjoyed the Oatmeal and yogurt. Hot coffee always a plus.

The pillows were a little flat.

Great place to stay. I have a treatment every three weeks in Sioux City and we like to stay here and finish the drive on the next day.

Just the food. Everything else was great. Good value for our needs there.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Easy to find. Good price. Restaurants not far away. Unexpectedly nice for a rural area.

Our room felt a bit damp as if the carpets had been cleaned. But wasn't a problem.

The area it’s in as peaceful and gas station right there if needing it before head back out and the place itself was very nice.
