Sad to see the quantity and quality of the morning buffet options so diminished. Hoped that since the re-opening after COVID-19 that the Buffet would be back to previous quality. Or is it because of the name change? The cleaning staff just walked in to the room without knocking. My daughter was not dressed! Yet the staff member just stood n stared and wanted to know if if she could leave towels. They had knocked earlier and were told that we weren’t ready to have the room cleaned yet, It was prior to 8:00 am. They should have better training and manners. I will probably be rethinking my Hotel options for my next visit to Coffeyville Kansas.

AC filters &condenser coils needed cleaning to allow more efficient operation of AC. Hot tub not working.

We got a king suite with a sofa bed and thought it had a pull out bed in it but didn't for our two kids. They let us switch rooms to two queen double beds and it was the dame price. The staff was really nice about it.

I had 4 adults and 5 children placed directly above me and it sounded like royal rumble up there all night even after I called front desk and went to the room and me and man from room went to front desk and asked for them to be placed on 1st floor so they wouldn't bother anyone else , well 1am 2am 3am time to get up for work no sleep tonight, other than that everything was great

The man that was in charge of the breakfast was awesome. Both Saturday and Sunday he kept all the hot food fresh, full and hot. He kept the coffee full as well! Thank you Sir!!

the elevator didn’t work and our air conditioning didn’t work and we had to move rooms but the staff was kind and moved us with no issue..just not fun to go another flight up with our luggage

The young man that checked us in was a little confused but very nice. He did his very best.
Name had changed the day before, not notified. Wrong room to start out with but it was changed. No pool or hot tub. Breakfast wasn't good, had to heat up stuff. Name of the hotel had been changed twice and we weren't notified.
