Location great and safe I have been staying in this property every week traveling back-and-forth from Missouri since May 30. It’s been a great experience and the staff has been very comp era liant with rectifying any issues. If I would pick anything that was uncomfortable that would be my most recent stay in a room where it was very cold, and technically, it was difficult to turn off the coldness due to the air pressure. Other than that I’ve been very satisfied and I’m hoping they will maintain their great hospitality in rectifying issues in helping customers to have a great stay.

I enjoyed the room very much. It was clean and very comfortable.

Checkin was off bc I couldn't get in the building to get my envelope with my key and room information. Lucklie I was able to get in when someone came out. Everything went well after that. I wanted to order food and getting a live voice from the hotel too answer these questions didn't happen so I had to get dressed and go out myself. Checkin and everything else is done 'self serve' type style. No live person. I would have liked to have gone on the rooftop with my coffee but didn't have anyone to tell me how to get up there. There was no coffee shop open for breakfast on Sunday.

This location is great. The rooms are very nice. I loved your 7th floor roof deck with all the views of the city. Wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The only thing I can recommend is how the air temp is controlled in the room. With my Hotel Maintenance experience, guests will want to control the temperature in their rooms. Even though the air is controlled outside of the room. You really cant have a thermostat controller in the wall inside the room and it doesn't even control anything. Older guests will complain and have Maintenance called as soon as they get inside their rooms. Just giving you a heads up before Summer really gets here. Everything else, I hope to try out the Coffee Cafe in our next trip.

Lovely old building with vintage touches yet modern comfort. Impeccably clean. Good AC (outside temps were over 100 degrees!), nice ceiling fan. Quiet and calm. The coffee shop in the lobby had limited hours but looked nice.

We never met any staff. Check-in was easy and the keys were in an envelope at the desk, but we never saw a person at the desk or in the office. Some of the usual things you find in a hotel, like tissues, were not in the room, and that was irritating. The Wifi was terrible, constantly cutting out. The TV did not have cable, only streaming, so the TV only worked two of the five nights we were there. we attempted to talk to staff to fix the problem (via phone—again, we never saw a person) and they said they’d come down to reset the wifi but I’m not sure if they actually addressed the problem. After a couple nights in a row, trying to work with staff to fix the problem, we have up. it was frustrating.

This is the second time I have stayed here and the only big complaint is the a/c system. The rooms do not have individual units and my rooms, both times, different rooms, were incredibly hot and stuffy and I was unable to sleep. I had the ceiling fan on and the windows were not able to open in the room. Everything else is wonderful but these rooms desperately need individual cooling units. I don’t think I would stay here in the summer months.

This is a beautiful building and our room was lovely. Especially loved the location. It is on the edge of the downtown area and wonderful restaurants were easily walkable. We did have our car and plenty of parking was available across the street from the front door but it was fun and unusual to be able to walk to great restaurants both nights of our stay. Room was very nice. Really enjoyed the kitchenette area.

Minor issue but did not see any access to an ice machine.

Very helpful staff-- communicative, friendly, quick to respond. Clean, spacious, comfortable room! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the bedding. Springy soft carpet. Lots of room in the shower, good water pressure. The building is very cool, with lots of neat older bits of architecture/decor mixed with modern amenities like the fitness room. Nice area, quiet, lots of parking.

There were dumpsters right outside the windows--not an issue for me, until they were loudly emptied at 7:30 AM! Wasn't expecting that, and it did wake us both up.

Carpeted floors were comfy to walk on. Unit was very clean and felt comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchenette. It was a very nice place to stay. We liked that the bedroom was separated from the living area.

When booking the room, the layout didn't match our room, which as fine. Booking online looked like it was one room with 2 sofa beds and one queen bed. There were two sleeping areas and only one sofa bed. We were going to bring adult children, which would have made sleeping arrangements awkward, but they didn't end up coming, so it was fine. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't go very fast; didn't circulate air well. These are both minor complaints, overall the stay was great!

Loved the room, building was beautiful. Wish I had more time to actually stay and enjoy. Very comfortable.

The fire alarm went off, not the properties fault but I wish there was a worker to tell us what was going on. No communication and workers only came out when you ring the bell. I also did not realize check out was at 10, different than most other hotels.

We always enjoy our stay here. It is quiet with very comfortable beds, a beautiful lobby and a small cafe. It is a great location. We will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom floor was not as clean as it had been in the past. The air temperature is controlled somewhere else, and the room was a bit cool. We did not try to contact anyone about that.
