The woman who checked us in at the desk & checked us out the next day was wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I was in town for my husband's funeral & left my wedding rings in the room when we checked out. She called me and let me know I'd left them & met me at the door when I came back to pick them up. An unpleasant trip could've been so much worse if she & whomever came to clean our room when we left, hadn't made sure I got my rings back. The staff deserves a commendation!

People across the hall made excessive noise after 10pm & kept our dog upset & barking, which in turn I'm sure bothered other guests. I know this is hard to control, especially when people are so self absorbed, perhaps some signs in the hallways reminding folks to please be quiet after 10 PM would help?

It was clean, great staff, we had everyrhing ee needed!

Back door, which was the closes entrance easnt working with card so we had ti park further, or go around! With a soecial needs child, it was a bit hard to do! Also kids or someone kept running in the high level, or top of the room, and kids were running around in the hallway!

it’s close to my daughter’s house. the bed was very comfortable. it’s pet friendly which is very important to us.

the pool was closed. the grandkids look foreword to coming and swimming while we are there.

Nice location. Super friendly receptionist. Made you feel like you were at home. All the things any good hotel should have

Nothing really stuck out that we didn't like.. Overall all it was fine

Breakfast was great, room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and help us out with service good as possible

Need a more handicap parking, all staff need to learn about operate handicap lift chair in the pool area(not a big hassle just need to train them on day one.)

It's good to have the hot breakfast items available again. 'Twas a bit sparce earlier in the whole viral crisis.

I have nothing to whine about. Well, I'll change my mind. A couple of nights I went to the lobby for some decaf coffee but none was there. It was there a couple of nights. Just inconsistent.

It was delicious! It had a lot of great options that my children loved! Plus the coffee was hot and fresh and had my favorite creamer!

Clean, staff were kind and helpful, quiet rooms.

There was an issue with my payment (Booking.com discrepancy) so I had to spend about 30 minutes working to get the payment cleared.

Location was great. Staff was also great.

First, i was l over charged for the room. I booked thru Booking.com and then price was $190.00 which was confined by the hotel. When i checked out, i was charged $228.00. i responded to the hotel thru Booking, but received no response. Also, the shower didn't work and we had to move to a different room.

The hotel and staff were all wonderful. They were very accommodating even though my reservation through booking was not in their system. Save the hassle of having to pay twice by calling the hotel directly for your reservation because you won’t get anything accomplished talking with Bookings customer service if something goes wrong with the reservation.
