Everything about the property was good.

The real issue is that some of the staff have poor customer service. Front desk was good, and the young lady at the bar was really great; it’s the maintenance staff that rubbed my wife and I the wrong way. More specifically the night shift crew on the night of July 21. We had dirty sheets…and instead of receiving folded clean sheets, on of the maintenance staff members handed my wife sheets all balled up with an attitude. I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk crew for a whole new bed spread. The same gentleman from before handed me the new bed set, still with poor customer service. I suggest having that crew go through proper customer service training.

The catered food and facilities were wonderful but the lady attending the bar for the event was completely incapable and served drinks other than what was ordered, appeared to be operating under the influence of something that was limiting her mental and physical abilities. This was the only thing that was frustrating about the evening and experience for us. Others attending the event also made comments questioning her competency and said mistakes had been made with their orders as well. The orange juice she was serving to mix in drinks also appeared to have soured and was not drinkable. Very disappointing when these first responders and their families are there to enjoy an evening together and received subpar service.

The lobby had several areas for conversation and one area for watching tv. It was also decorated nicely for Christmas. The gym and indoor pool looked tempting, but we didn't have a chance to utilize them. Our room was located on the fourth floor, it was spacious, clean and overall a comfortable space. The bed was very comfortable as well. We also enjoyed the service at the restaurant. The food was delicious! The staff was quite helpful.

We liked the size of the room and how clean it was. We also like that it's located near our family that we came to visit. The hotel is very stylish and well kept. The staff was friendly. There was extra coffee to enjoy in the morning, next to checkout.

The hotel does not have a free breakfast. The king size bed was hard. There was a wedding being held in the convention room so the place was noisy and people were slamming doors late in the night.

Great location, gorgeous hotel, clean, spacious room. The room was basically two separate areas, bedroom, bathroom and then door to living room with a kitchen and sofa bed (very comfortable for our teenager). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Was a bit of confusion due to flight delay and ended up staying 2 nights instead of three Was charged a no show fee. Was later retracted and only billed for 2 nights. Staff helped me resolve right away.

The location was great. Everyone on staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. The room was clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed the attached restaurant/ bar. Above all, as a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe.

Breakfast was very good but not included in the basic price.

Everything was simple, the room was clean, and I slept very well.

For some reason the morning staff at the front desk when I was leaving got upset and gave me a hard time when I made the simple request for a print out of my receipt, which was a necessity for work.

Beautiful facilities. Amazing products in bathrooms and bed was super comfortable.

I wish there was some type of breakfast offered. They do have an on site restaurant, however it wasn’t great. You do get a discount for being a guest at the hotel though.

The outdoor area with a fire pit was cozy!

The breakfast offered was nice, but it was not complimentary like the advertisement stated.

Everything is to like about this hotel. Beautiful soon as you walk in. Great customer service. And an even better breakfast. I suggest getting breakfast included in your room rate . Order anything you want then hand em your ticket. Covers all but the tip. Beds and pillows so comfy.
