The bed was comfortable. Room seemed very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was very good, served by a waiter. But I would have liked to get what I really wanted instead of being restrained by a specific menu with no substitution. I liked the fact that it had a sliding door to the pool area and an easier way to get to the restaurant. I liked the security of the key card entry

The room was a little small and crowded, especially the bathroom area but still a nice room

My family and I have been traveling for 10 days from GA to Wyoming and this hotel far exceeded every hotel we’ve stayed in on our trip. The cleanliness, quality linens, complimentary breakfast and all staff were excellent- especially at the cost. Thank you-it was a very pleasant stay. TK

Excellent staff. Wonderful hot breakfast. Pool was nice and in good shape.

As is the trend there is no maid service until the third night but we requested fresh towels and they were delivered. The room is showing wear. Wife got stuck in bathroom due to cheap lock in need of maintenance.

The complementary sit down breakfast was served in their restaurant by waitresses. The room and beds were very clean & comfortable. The indoor pool was set in an area surrounded by a large lounge that extended to the restaurant and lobby.

Breakfast was made fresh. The rooms were really clean. We were by the pool. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the pool. Pet friendly! Great bed!

Not many options for breakfast, wish you were allowed more food.

staff was excellent. efficient, friendly and very customer focused. The breakfast at the restaurant was perfect! 1000 times better than other hotels. Great to actually have a restaurant in the hotel!

We like the rooms, and loved the generous breakfast, the receptionist was very friendly, everything was very clean. Our daughter and family were in another room, and the kids loved the pool. The decorations are classy, and the common areas very comfortable.

Had to change rooms as the climate control mechanisms emitted a loud shrill squeaking sound when operating. Second room was not as spacious and, thus, more difficult for my handicapped nephew to maneuver with his walker

$45 pet fee…. non-refundable. Most places are $10-15. This is NOT an exceptional hotel for the price…. so that pet fee is way too high.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Rooms were clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was very good and set up as a restaurant style buffet.

The building and rooms are dated but well kept.
