the building was mostly clean but I wouldn’t say it was at an accurate price point. the staff was friendly-ish and the breakfast was tolerable. the place is fine for a one night stay because you’re tired of driving. I wouldnt book for an extended stay.

we found a mystery Rice Krispies wrapper in our sheets which leads me to believe they werent cleaned or changed. it was a bit of a struggle checking in because the gentleman working at the front desk didn’t understand we had already paid through booking.com so there was some confusion. also, 4 of the rooms in our hall smelt SO strongly of marijuana. usually the smell wouldn’t bother me but it was lurking from multiple rooms and it was strong enough to give us a headache.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and the location is prime for the area.

Nothing to comment bad about - I liked my stay there.

location and cleanliness

the tv in my room didn’t work and the ice machine in the 3rd floor also didn’t work. the staff was unable to resolve the issue with my tv (room 325)

Staff were friendly and attentive at the front desk. Yogurt and oranges are okay for breakfast, but not much energy contained in them. The coffee was fine. Linens and towels seemed clean - room was fresh.

Breakfast was heavy on carbs. The microwave burritos cannot possibly be considered "food". There were some misc wrappers and the previous guest key cards on the floor behind the door.

It was a Grab n Go breakfast due to Covid regulations.

By booking our room stay with you instead of booking directly, I lost out on the discount that is given by Comfort Inn for coming to Garden City due to medical reasons. That made me unhappy!

didn't really interact with staff other then when my dates were changed on the app i had used and the manager was so helpful and was able to change my dates to the dates i needed. didn't get breakfast or use the wifi last time i tried the wifi was super slow so didn't even bother.

Broken elevator and the room we’ve stayed is smell dog. I don’t think they clean the room very well.

Person on staff to check me in never smiled or asked me how I was doing. I always stay at comfort inn and this was the first time the person to check me in was not friendly.

Spacious room and very clean.

There was no staff to check me in. I won't hold that against you considering the issues wuth Covid and how all businesses are having problems finding help.

We liked the convenience.

The pool was cool and so was the hot tub. Don't know if that was regular or the beginning of a refill. The mediocre marks were unused amenities.
