Brooks Motel

It was quiet. Even though there were work crews staying long term in several rooms, there was no late noisy parking lot partying. No early morning door slamming or yelling. The motel owners and workers were very friendly and quick to handle my request for extra coffee packets for the room. We were able to hook into outdoor electric outlet to recharge our race car batteries before racing.

Only one complaint is the pillows are not comfortable. But, that is also a matter of personal preference.

The location of the Brooks Motel couldn't have been better for my travels. I was heading up 283 and it was right there at the intersection. I liked that the Casey's was right across the street (for gas and coffee in the morning) and that there was a Subway and Sonic right next door, along with a Love's station right past there. Perfect for convenience for traveling. And the price of the room can't be beat.

The price was incredible. Great location on the main street but our room was at the rear and very quiet. A small breakfast was included in the price. The room included a couch and a desk with a chair.

The internet was extremely weak and the breakfast option included mini blueberry muffins, a choice of two cereals, and packages of hot cereal with juice. There was a toaster but nothing to put in it!

No breakfast was offered, but stay was great, clean rooms bathroom could used a few touch ups, we were there just to sleep so all was good!

Updated bathroom and the air conditioner was making a weird noise, but it definitely cooled so we nice and cool.

Easy check-in/out with friendly staff. Clean room, as described. Everything in working order.

A bit run down. The breakfast wasn't great. But overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would stay here again.

Stayed here before. Loved the location with a Cafe and several fast food available. Pizza Hut delivery. Room was very clean and plenty of towels, cute little fridge and a comfortable bed. Very nice place to stay.

Nothing negative about this place. Noise from street can't be helped. Bound to happen because of the proximity of several traffic corridors.

Gotta give this motel high marks for a budget stay. Our room was everything I would want for a budget motel, clean, comfortable, secure. The room was a nice size and very clean, decor was nice. Bed was comfortable, pillows a little to hard for me but my husband thought they were okay. Towels large and soft. All in all, a good deal.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Needed brace bar in tub or towel rack. It was hard to balance getting out of shower

We left too early for breakfast. We were on a long road trip and the location was very convenient for our travel route. We arrived late and the person who checked us in was very welcoming.

I don't have any complaints.

Needs updates....needs handicap showers, new tubs and sinks, curtains didn't open, just seemed ran down...
