The heater worked really well in the room and bathroom. The room was really clean.
When I was checking in, the guy was a little upset because of how late it was, and I told him yes, I had a reservation. He didn't ask for a last name, so I had to show him my reservation confirmation number. There was no do not disturb sign to hang up, so the cleaning lady woke me and my daughter up the next morning. The day we were checking out he called our room at 10:30am to tell us it was check-out time, which check-out is at 11am.

The room was very very clean and functional. This is not a high-end motel, I believe that this is what was once called a traveler's motel. It has exactly what is needed, a clean room, comfortable bed, hot water and tv. There is a small coffee machine, micro and fridge in the room that I wasn't really expecting. There was no outside noise, or noise coming from the other rooms other than plumbing. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming.

The bed and pillows were clean, soft, just EXCELLENT! Didn't eat breakfast, but it looked like two cereal choices and coffee. Price was GREAT!
Maybe the linen smelled a little like bleach, but CLEAN, so it didn't bother me.

The cost was great, room was dated but it was clean and we slept comfortable. Shower had great water pressure even had a separate room from bathroom and a area you can close off to change while others were in room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Affordable and wasn't a bad place it was clean and staff was great. I would stay again, wish the pool would of been open. Was even able to plug our boat in right outside our room.

I thought it was a great value. The owners parents were there filling in and really did an excellent job (not to mention they were really cute!), even when we wanted to switch a room to be closer to our family member in another room. The motel itself is very old, but well built and kept clean. It's a very fitting place for the town of Norton!
The room was very dark unless the curtains were opened!

Nice hotel and room. Huge closet, if needed. Checks off the needs I have of being safe, budget friendly and clean. Micro and fridge. Wifi was quick. AC worked great, and it was super hot. They had a pool, but wasn't open due to Covid reasons. They had breakfast items, but I didn't pay much attention to what they had beside yogurt and cereal. Close to places in town. Walking distance even. Plenty of parking.

Location was great. Did not take advantage of the breakfast.
For me, I had no complaints at all. Maybe people who need a more fancy stay, it wouldn't suit them. It was clean.

accessible. entrance to my room was very close to my vehicle. there was a walk in closet for my luggage so it was out of the way of everything else. ample desk/counter space
door was kind of difficult to lock and unlock
