staff was friendly, good breakfast very clean

was in the middle of updating so elevator was out of order. have very noisy family nearby still screaming and running around at 1am I called front desk and they immediately quieted them down

Large quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower (great pressure, plenty of hot water, free-flowing drain and a non-skid tub floor), lots of vanity space around the sink, loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet), excellent price. Crystal at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

Had to close the bathroom door to reach the sink. Dirty carpet on the stairs and in the hallway. No elevator.

The staff was great and super friendly. The room was big and comfortable

The breakfast bar could have been better. The gravy for the biscuits was too thick and had no flavor. There was no salt or pepper anywhere. Eggs would have been a nice addition. Most places we stay have eggs, bacon and fried potatoes. We don't eat sweets which is mostly what they had.

I don't always use a wheelchair and I do use a cane when I'm able. The walk from the handicap accessible room is very far out to the front desk and to breakfast... otherwise I'd give full stars, the rest is 10 out of 10

It’s across from the university my son attends and plays football

They are not willing to work with a person that has been staying here for 4 years my son is enrolled in the university across the street and I come to all home games but this year I have had nothing but problems with reservations and the room types

We were on the first floor and the staff were super nice!

We had dogs right next to us that would not stop barking but that is not the hotels fault. Even though we were on the bottom level there was no elevator.

Breakfast was decent. I was a bit shaky about the hugh highway I needed to cross. So, I parked and walked across. HOWEVER, it was still a bit intimidating, but I managed it.. The food place with a drive up window & ignored me as I walked up to a their eindoe that.nigjt.

I felt the price could have been a little less by $5-$10.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but was ok only chair in room was a office chair

The staff were wonderful, friendly and responsive to our needs. Met some beautiful people at breakfast.

I like the size of the room & cleanliness of the room.

The only thing’s I didn’t like about my room was they hair dryer seemed to have a short in it. I had to stop & start blow drying my hair. & the shower facet seemed to be loose. But that’s just minor things that can be fixed & will not discourage us from staying again 😊
