The staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, clean and quality. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff handling the breakfast was helpful and friendly. Great place. I would stay here again. Ann

Our daughter was coming later and I had her room number but it wasn't ready when we got in. When I went down to check her in, someone had claimed her room on-line. I was able to get another room for them on the same floor and get them checked in, but it was a little surprising. It all worked out.

The breakfast, location, and staff were fantastic. The rooms were really nice. I liked the kitchenette, the overall design of the rooms, and the space.

The only complaint I am to have is the construction going on at the hotel. This is no fault of anyone's and does not influence my decision on staying here again.

I liked the the place was just renovated from what was pictured here in booking which made this stay even better and it was a good suprise! this made the price a little bit more worth it. the bed was also super comfy! I was impressed.

I love how close to the highway it was. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and well designed. Great basketball court.

There wasn’t an indoor pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. Both phones in the room did not work.

Overall, breakfast was ok. I would prefer healthier options. More fresh fruit. Low fat, sugar free yogurt. Hard boiled eggs.

Didn't clean room or give us any clean towels had to ask for them 3 times plus I had to take all of the use ones to the maid before I could get clean towels

Our stay felt like home away from home! My 10 year old didnt want to leave because she felt so comfortable. The breakfast was great especially the kitchen staff folks were so nice!

The front desk staff seemed irritated at me at check out. Lots of other staff were at the front desk.

The room was very comfortable. Loved the kitchen and my stay was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely worth it for me.will let friends and family know to check in when they visit Lexington for sure.

Great location in Lexington - plenty of restaurants, shopping and attractions nearby. Phillip McKee, the manager on duty the weekend we were there, is very friendly and attentive. They just started serving breakfast again, everything was great. I had called the front desk the following morning to ask for additonal washcloths and soap - housekeeping was not in yet and they were out of washcloths, manager said they would be in shortly. I said no problem, I'll check again later. Well a short while later, there was a knock on our room door, and there was a housekeeping lady with washcloths for me - he remembered! What exceptional customer service! Sanitizers everywhere, including in the fitness room. They even provided us with a basketball so my niece and nephew could shoot hoops outside! Beautiful outside lounge area and pool and basketball court.
