This was our 2nd stay at this location. Last year we had an unfortunate incident with a different hotel and the staff at this Best Western were so kind and went above and beyond to get us into a room. We plan to come annually for Breyerfest at the Kentucky horse park and will definitely be staying here each year. The hotel is always clean and the staff are very friendly. We love the breakfast bar! The make your own pancake station is a favorite!

We came due family member in the hospital and passed during this stay. We needed to extend days then ended up not needing as much extra time. Manager helped us with rates and allowed us to use dinning room for our family gatherings before our family member passed and after. He was great! Hospitality was absolutely off the chart amazing! Facility clean and good location. Would definitely stay again under different circumstances. Highly recommend and not to mention the breakfast. 6-9 always full and fresh eggs, sausage, pancakes. This alone was the best no matter the time.

I 100% recommend this hotel! During our weekend trip to Lexington we originally booked a different hotel about 10 miles away from downtown, but when when we got there it ended up being a disaster. I was recommended the Best Western Lexington Inn and they were able to get us a room within minutes and saved us from the nightmare hotel that we originally booked. David at the front desk is by far the sweetest and most helpful person I've ever associated with at a hotel, that man deserves a raise! The room was super clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom came prepared with a lot of necessities just in case you forget something. The breakfast was top notch, and the location of the hotel is great no matter where in Lexington you'll be heading to. You will not regret booking here! This will definitely be my #1 hotel choice in Lexington for any future Conventions I will be attending.

Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and my experience!

comfortable bed in room. The breakfast was good and had wide variety of food. Overall ok place to stay.

Slamming of the outside door of people coming and going all night long. Pool was dirty needs deep cleaning. Bathroom was very small only enough for one person at a time.

I liked it has been updated. It was quiet, the room temperature was not too hot or too cold. Staff was friendly.

I know this cannot be helped, but the bathroom for the King bed room was extremely small, about the size of a restroom stall. It was very challenging for me and my husband of average size to get ready at the same time. The space is so narrow that the door swung open almost touched the toilet. A pocket door would have made it more manageable. It would be nice to serve free ice water in the lobby, not just hot drinks. And, finally, my husband was disappointed there were no scrambled eggs on Friday morning, just Saturday.

Room was great

The place was great as most BWP are that I stayed. I only have one complaint and that is it is a non-smoking place yet the weed smell was terrible. Smoke is smoke and when I asked about it the person on duty said there was nothing he could do. Kind of just dismissed me. I have nothing against weed its just i paid for a non-smoking place and that's what I expected.

The location was great; close to I-75 and to Lexington sites. This Best Western was very clean, room and bed were very comfortable. A hot breakfast was available and offered varied items. Lastly, the front desk person (young man) at check-in was pleasant and very helpful.

My husband and I had no major dislikes.

Breakfast was standard but offered hot options which is nice. Location was great for shopping, interstate access yet still was quiet. Smelled wonderful in lobby.

24 hr coffee/hot water wasnt always hot. Bathrooms are very small in the rooms. Evening and night staff arent really at the desk. As a lone traveler that kinda bothered me.

Price, location, breakfast food was great and very nice person working the breakfast Buffett. Comfortable beds. Great value

Toilet seat was loose but I was able to fix it myself. I had asked the front desk to have it repaired that morning but it was not done when we came back that evening. But I would stay here again,

If you have kids that like too have fun when their swimming I wouldn’t recommend this hotel !! The pool was right by the front desk and the staff couldn’t handle kiddos swimming and having fun … they was a little loud but not loud enough for the staff to come in and tell us we would have to leave if they basically couldn’t swim jn silence!! But other then that the hotel was comfy and clean and the breakfast was delicious!!
