Clean. Everything was wonderful. Staff were excellent and attentive.

I spent more on the hotel than I budgeted. Previous hotels in the areas for previous visits taught me a lesson. I spent a little more for an excellent place to stay as I was traveling solo with three children. Staff were welcoming and accommodating to my specific need. I am appreciative of all I encountered. The pool was great!

Really clean! Had everything in the room that was needed! Fridge, microwave, tv, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, desk, & chair, also a chair in corner to relax in instead of just beds to sit on. So I could enjoy reading a book! Nice breakfast area. Cookie time each night! The staff was very friendly!

There is nothing I didn’t like about my stay.

Everyone was nice even other ppl that were staying there. This is the first handicap room that is really a full handicap room with a roll in shower. Great for the wheelchair.

The only draw back was the beds could be more comfortable and the TV channels better

VERY courteous staff. Jerry, was exceptional. We called while on the road and he was so helpful. We arrived very late and they handed me the keys and we went to our room. Just wonderful!

I do NOT understand why you have that terrible pancake maker. Completely uneatable. That was the sole criticism of the stay. Please consider replacing with a waffle maker. If we had traveled with our children, now grown, they would have had a fit - and we wouldn't be staying again. That's how important a waffle iron is to this family. PLEASE consider replacing that horrible unit with a tasty waffle iron!!!

Room was clean, breakfast was great

Price comparison was a little higher than some of our friends were charged, at the same property and different properties. Could hear the highway traffic thru the window, as well as the folks upstairs thru the ceiling.

Pool area was clean and nice amount if sun beds and seating.

We used the sofa bed for our daughter but it wasn’t overly comfortable and lack of bedding. Bed was not made by the house keeping staff.

Great location, close to restaurants and nice amenities

My only complaint is that my room faced the highway and I heard a ton of road noise. Luckily I travel with a box fan because the AC system in the room wasn’t enough to drown out the road noise. I stayed at this hotel once before but on the opposite end of the hotel. I didn’t remember hearing any highway noise.

Front staff was so friendly and efficient with check in. The facility is beautiful and clean! Our room was nice and cool when we entered and was perfect. Roomy bathroom with body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers mounted in the shower. Fresh baked cookies and milk served in the reception area after dinner time. The hot breakfast was delicious and had plenty of items to choose from. Coffe, tea or hot chocolate was available around the clock. Very lovely place! Good price.

The only thing I didn't like was only staying one night! I will definitely stay here again!

The rooms were large and very clean with comfortable beds. Matt at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast bar was really good too. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and super clean, bed was so so comfortable, and breakfast was the best yet at any hotel w/free breakfast. Skeeter prepares the food and greats everyone like she has known them forever. Everyone we encountered was so friendly.
