I liked that it was close to the highway. I liked that it had free parking. I liked that it had a variety of fast food restaurants nearby. I liked that it had gas stations nearby. I liked that it had an ATM nearby. I liked that it was easy check in. I liked that was clean, inviting, and cozy. I liked the free breakfast. I liked the free coffee throughout the day. I liked the space in the hotel rooms. I liked how the worker kept the breakfast area cleaned. I liked how polite and kind the staff was. I liked the late check out (12pm). I liked the free baked cookies at the front counter. I liked the price for my stay.

I did not like that the pool was closed by the Health department. I did not like that 2nd floor veding area had no ice for our ice bucket. I did not like how early breakfast closes (6am-9am). I did not like that the tub was dingy. I did not like the rust away the a.c unit

Upgraded to suite! Breakfast amazingly complete and tasty. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Started next night at Comfort Inn in Macon west GA that was terrible. Noisy, not really cleaned well, toilet made sounds all night. Plugs and cable connections only worked in one outlet. Paint splotches on hall carpet. And breakfast .. no pepper .. they were out! No ketchup .. don' t carry. No water! Use fountain. Horrible. Do not recommend.!

the location was great as it was close to where my daughter lives who we were visiting and close to many restaurants and stores.

We were grateful to be upgraded to a suite, however there were a couple of minor things in the room. There was a bottle of cleaner left on the bedside table, not too big of a deal, but then there was still leftover food in the fridge and there was what I believe to be someone’s “boogers” on the wall next to the mirror. Not huge issues but I think there should be more attention to detail when it comes to housekeeping.

Website shows "connecting " which we really wanted - due to younger kids. Call ahead and check. Have to wait till check in" For the second time at this location asking for "connecting" still didn't get. This is probably our 6th time here - going to scout out different hotels in area.. If they had just said when I called - sorry - none available - wouldn't be so irritated with this location.

The toilet paper was the cheapest quality. They definitely are cutting corners and expenses with the choice of toilet paper they chose to provide for their guests. Breakfast area could of used some tidying up. I think it was the guests causing the mess but it would have been nice to see someone cleaning up the food area. I think the attendant was managing the desk and the breakfast area. They’ve also lost part of their truck parking for trailers and large trucks. This was my main reason for choosing this hotel is for the parking I needed along my route.

Location was perfect. Staff at breakfast was friendly. Kids loved the breakfast options!

Just some cosmetic issues in the bathroom, chipping paint and such. Nothing too bad, just eye sores. Wish the hot tub was open, we would’ve really enjoyed that as the pool was a little chilly.

Breakfast was great, location was good.

The shower drain was clogged so it didn’t drain very fast. The only toilet paper in the bathroom was the one on the roll. There were 4 of us staying and only 3 bath towels.

Clean and comfortable...great hot breakfast selection, and front office staff was very friendly. Located close to everything!

There wasn't enough seating in the dining area. However, we were there New years Eve to New years Day, so I'm sure that made a difference.

It was clean and had plenty of space. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the indoor pool.

Our room had a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the pillows were awful. They went flat as soon as you laid your head on them.

The breakfast was boring and tasteless. The room was surface clean!! There was filmy residue on the shower walls so I didn’t use it. The complimentary coffee was lukewarm
