The room was very simple in design and very clean. The soap dispensers were much better than the individual ones you get at other places. The window shades worked great to block out the sun and dampen some of the noise from the outside. We had a dog with us and they give you a hang tag for the door to let others know there is a pet inside. Overall it was a very good stay.

The mattress was too hard and the blanket/spread was very thin, there weren't any extra blankets in the room. There isn't a coffee maker in the room although it is available 24/7 in the lobby, but that requires leaving your room before coffee.

We loved the whole concept of the hotel! The game room was awesome & people staying here are really staying for the experience so everyone is very welcoming & kind! The room & common areas were VERY CLEAN & SANITARY..check in & out was easy peasy..wherever I travel I will look for a Tru!! We were traveling as a family so I had my 7 year old son with us so this was very important to me! The staff was AMAZING..especially SAVANNAH!! It seemed like no matter what time of day we were in the lobby she was there & always had a smile on her face & spoke to you & just really went out of her way to make sure you were enjoying your stay!! She'll tell you things to do or try in the area..very knowledgeable about things going on etc..Savannah was an added bonus for sure!! If you stay here be sure to tell her hello & if you're looking for things to do in the area..go chat her up for ideas!!

There wasn't anything I didn't like!!

Very clean. Courteous staff. A very accessible parking lot and easy to follow directions to the hotel.

Our room was on the second floor. Directly under it was the lobby, which led to a outdoor lounge area. Hotel guests were at this area all evening until 230am. We called the front desk, but it still continued. Front desk staff the following morning indicated to us that the night staff had problems with these guests, and had trouble enforcing her request to break up the party. I wonder.......why not apply pool hour rules to the outdoor lounge area???

Location was great. Breakfast was very good. Loved the pancake machine.

Rooms are small and very minimal. Was hard for 2 people to move around the room comfortably. Our room was on 3rd floor in lobby area near elevator and ice machine. The ice machine on the first floor was broken so everyone came to the 3rd floor. Didn't appreciate someone getting ice one morning at 5;30 a.m.

Location was great. Room was clean and loved the sustainable soap, lotion, body wash. Coffee was available 24 hours which allowed a cup in the afternoon lounging in nice common and outdoor areas. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Hotel was clean and staff helpful.

A few guests were loud in common areas and games for kids were not separated from adult areas. A bit noisy.

We met Sandra at the front desk at Check-in. she was friendly and professional. The property was very clean, the staff we saw, all spoke and were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and smelled great as well. The A/C worked great. The breakfast was great. No employees did anything that impacted my one complaint. There is no sound barrier, I heard the people walking on the floor of the room above me all the time. The hallway floors are carpeted. The rooms have simulated hardwood flooring. I could hear my feet as they walked heavy echoing on the floors. That’s when I was trying to walk lightly. I was on the 3rd floor. it’s a 4 story hotel. I will stay there next time but I will always request the 4th floor or nothing. Lastly on the noise, my wife and I were getting on the elevator on the 3rd floor heading to the lobby. we heard 2 loud kids voices. We held the elevator thinking someone was coming to get on the elevator. No one came but we still heard the voices, so we went downstairs. When the elevator opened to the lobby, that’s when we realized the same voices were on the downstairs lobby. There is just not much sound proofing in the hotel. We did have a fan which we turned on high which did drown out the upstairs noise. These are the notes I made during my stay. Like I said, I will stay here again, the value great and it’s a well-dressed up and clean, friendly hotel. I’m hoping that the noise issues can be addressed. This was our first stay at this Hotel. We are in town, 6-10 times yearly due to family living in the area. I’d like to be able to do a future review that the sound issues have been addressed.

Noise was the only negative. It wasn’t loud neighbors, the sound-proofing is just not adequate. This may be addressed by this hotel. I’ve stayed at other hotels of ti his same brand that don’t have sound issues like this. I’m addressing this issue with a letter to corporate because the employees at the hotel have done nothing wrong or improper. This is solely a company owned issue. I would rate it a 10 if the sound situation was corrected and had not been an issue. This is a great brand that can rectify this situation for future guests.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was incredibly clean. I liked that the room included hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The beds! Not very comfortable. The worse part was that the base of the beds stick out so much that I banged my legs so many times. I have bruises up and down my chins.

The room was clean and free of odors. The staff was fantastic they helped us with anything we needed. My wife and I have not stay in many Hotels. We have had a couple of bad experiences in the past. This was the first time at a Hilton. We are already planning our next trip and we will be staying at a Tru by Hilton.

Right now I don't have nothing I didn't like.

The place is bright and cheery, staff exceptionally friendly, the room comfortable and affordable.....absolutely no complaints. I had never heard of the brand before and my wife was skeptical of the good reviews coupled with the lowest price around. I don’t know how long the prices will last, but the hotel and facilities were great! It is a bit like a college dorm/IKEA showroom which is a refreshing change from most budget hotels which look and feel like military intake housing

If the pool were a tad bit warmer, my daughter would have been yet happier, but really no complaints.

The hotel was spotless. People were very friendly and so was the staff. Good selection for breakfast considering it was a cold buffet. Staff was very considerate of the fact our grandson had food allergies and let us use our electric grill on the patio to cook his food. Really a good experience.

Due to restrictions the pool was by appointment in 1/2 hour slots and they did not sanitize the pool between guests so what is the point of different time slots.. Also no microwave in room.
