Staff were very friendly & helpful, room was very clean & a generous size. The breakfast was adequate.

Hard to Find as no signage - There was no signage on the road for the motel & the motel is set quite a way back off the road, behind a conference center. Our satellite navigator took us to an abandoned motel (which turned out to almost next door to the Avalon Motel) & we then drove down the road & sought directions from another motel (who were happy to assist)

The hotel was quite and the suite was spacious. I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, containing pots, pans, dishes and utensils. I was also pleased that there was a working dishwasher with necessary cleaning products, i,e, dish towels, liquid soap and dishwasher pods.

The hotel is undergoing a name change and renovations were underway. It was obvious that the new owners were aware of the need to update the hotel. Because of the updates being done, I believe that minor things like, the television volume in the sitting area was low, will be addressed.

The staff were very friendly. The pool lounge area is very nice! Our hotel room was quiet once we got up to our room. Beds were super comfy!

There are no tubs in the Two Queen beds room. We had to ask for a blow drying. There is no microwave. You have to go downstairs to the breakfast area if you need one. Breakfast is NOT free. It is a normal hotel Breakfast buffet that is free at other hotels. Here you have to pay $7 for all you can eat. Again, normally free or included in your hotel price. The hot tubs were disgusting. They were green and you couldn't even see the seats. Be aware that it is connected to an event area. So the lobby and hallway to elevator stays busy. There are people everywhere BUT we had no issues in our room. Also, the lighting is bad in the rooms.

The hotel is going through a change in ownership and using a new computer system. When we got to the room we were issued, we noticed that someone was already in the room. We went down the the front desk and they immediately upgraded us to a suite for their mistake. I would have been satisfied with another room like we had but I appreciated the upgrade. The room was amazing. Very clean and very comfortable.

That they charged me for food and beverage when I wasn’t even going to eat there or have breakfast or have a drink or have any type of beverage order to my room but they charged me $100 extra for that when I wasn’t even going to use it and now I have to wait for that money to come back on my card I thought that was unfair unjust and uncalled for. I also ran out of towels tried calling the front desk asking for more towels they put me on hold for 20 minutes I went down there I understand she was busy but I asked her could I get some more towels for the sunroom I went to dinner came back towels work still in the room I had to go back down and ask her again and she wasn’t even doing anything she totally forgot about me

Good breakfast and comfortable rooms.

It was a little hard to get to location. It was a VERY busy motel, that didn't set up breakfast until an hour after their advertised time, but the breakfast was very good.

The rooms were exactly as described/pictured. The breakfast was very good. The staff was great.

The bathroom door. It's a barndoor slide style and maybe not perfectly leveled, so it would slide open if you didn't hold it.

Renovation still going so no pool for now and there's a layer of dust on the floors and windows, there's no sign outside so a little difficult to find

Updating in process to Sheraton Four Points. New floors, everything. That was nice. Pool is very nice, fitness room very nice. Great parking.

Pricey for being under construction. Small small room.

The room was recently renovated and furnished in a modern style. The bed was really comfortable. There was a large flat screen TV and fast, stable WiFi. The bathroom was very clean and with a shower equipped, which I personally like more than a bathtub like many other hotels in Alexandria has. Breakfast is ok too, despite the Corona restrictions. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The hotel, the rooms and the entire facility are maintained and continuously processed. I'll come back for sure and highly recommend.

Unfortunately no Microwave in the Room.
