The coffee was available 24 hours and it was excellent. The sausage had an excellent flavor. The location is great if you are interested in shopping! Multiple choices of dining within walking distance.

The breakfast was not the usual quality that we receive at Holiday Inn. There was no fruit (waiting on delivery truck), the belt was broken on the pancake maker, and the bacon was empty and the eggs. It took quite a while for them to be filled. Also there were no grits and it was clearly stated on the menu. The “warm” cinnamon rolls were frozen.

This was an excellent hotel from the start to finish. Check-in was handled professionally, the cart worked well, and the room was spacious and very well designed. I took pictures to remember the excellent format, as this had great furniture, lighting on both sides of the bed, and even 3 shower dispensers. There was a special couch for television, a nice desk for the computer, large refrigerator with freezer, and a luggage holder. Breakfast was definitely above average, with many very good options.

There was a loud noisy yelling match in the middle of the night, we believe in the hallway. Not good...

The food selection was great. When we were there the juice machine was not working properly so the selection was limited

Our first room the AC wasn’t working but the front desk (Josh) found a similar room promptly for us.

The lovely lady who checked us in was exceptional. She was patient and kind. We had some things needing to be worked out at the beginning, and she never failed in her graciousness. We stayed three nights, and she continued to bless us at every turn.

Strong, perfume spray used in first room for deodorizing. Kicked up allergies.

We stayed for 2 nights when Garth Brooks was in town. Love the great staff when we checked in. We got our room and was not what Ii thought I had with booking. I know I put that we had 3 people so short to this they ended up looking for a queen with a sofa sleeper. Also learned something about booking.

Didn’t like the fact that with booking you have to check the small box for the exact room. I must have not and at first I didn’t but the staff took care of us.

The mattresses on the bed were to die for. Did not want to get up out of bed and start traveling again. 

it was a little hard to fine even with GPS. There is a group of hotels together and hotel was partially behind a small shopping center. 

The lady check in clerk was very nice & respectful. She helped me switch my cards out in the morning when I booked a extra night . She is awesome . She deserves a raise 👍

Nothing it was perfect

The bed was very comfy. Having the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel available in the shower was convenient.

The remote didn’t work so I couldn’t use the tv. My room was right near the elevator, so it wasn’t quiet at all. The people next door also woke me up at 6am with religious music.

Front desk personnel was welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean, very comfortable bed and free breakfast was convenient and it was pretty tasty.

If you want your towels changed and trash emptied you need to tell the front desk daily. Also they don’t make beds of your are staying multiple nights. Wish I was tilt told that upon checking in. Returned after a late dinner to an unmade bed , full trash cans and no clean towels.
