There's absolutely nothing I can say bad about this place every other hotel in Eunice was booked full we were able to get a room here and we didn't check in until probably 11:00 at night and the staff at the time was Mr Ian. Although the hour was late Mr Ian was still very cordial and got us into our room no problems we stayed an extra night just because of the hospitality we received and the friendliness of the staff our kids were with us and were able to enjoy the pool thanks again to Mr Ian we also met Miss Sharon who is Ian's stepmother and the kids played with the cat whose name is dog spelled d a w g. All in all it was absolutely perfect ending to a vacation that we were on prior to our stay here. We were given the military discount for my time in service and that made the room cost half as much as any other place in town. Serenity and quietness here and the price and the cleanliness of this establishment far exceeded my expectations my experience here was better than the Best Western and 100 times better than the Holiday inn. Unless you have money to burn and don't care how you're treated I don't understand how the Holiday inn or some of these other motels operate and are able to stay in business. Treated with respect and was just a good experience from beginning to end we will never stay at any other hotel in town or in Eunice other than L'Acadia.

There was nothing here that I didn't like for the price we paid for two nights stay and the hospitality shown to us I could not ask for anything more.

Clean room, good value. Convenient ice machine to fill my cooler when going out for the day.

Although the blackout curtains are effective, I'd like a second option for curtains or blinds that allow some light to pass through while still providing privacy from the parking lot.

Loved the family atmosphere, and that it is a family owned and operated facility.

The bathroom in our room was really small, but the room itself was large. However, the bathroom shower curtain sucks against you in the shower. We didn’t get to stay long enough to enjoy the pool.

It is just right for a solo travel or regular couple.The bed was comfortable. A bargain for the price as compared to rates in the area.You will need to drive or get food delivered because the stores are a few miles away.

No coffee pot in the rooms

The room was clean, well-furnished. Good hot water shower. Picnic table pavilion was a nice place to hang out.

Vending machine not working, no food or drinks available on site. Stores are nearby if needed.

Absolutely the friendliest, most accommodating hotel staff I have ever had the privilege of doing business with.
