We felt very safe. The staff was so friendly. I like that we had to have tickets for breakfast. I have never seen that before and it makes alot of sense The food was very good and and excellent choices. I would recommend this location to any travelers.

The pool didn't open until 10:00 and check out is at 11. I would have loved to enjoy the pool while my laundry was drying, but after laundry I needed to pack. The laundry room could have been cleaner. A lot of mosquitos were there, kinda made me feel buggy. I know the staff is busy with the rooms, but that probably should be part of cleaning also. All in all, I injoyed our stay.

The front desk staff was great, and doing their best with a pile of people in the lobby, even though some customers were being difficult, they handled it with grace. When I explained that I have 4 people in the room and needed towels and rags, I was promptly served. We had a great stay.

As someone who cleaned motel rooms for a living, more could have been done. At least clean the bathroom. I'm not going to lie, my bathroom was gross. There's room for improvement. Not being mean but there shouldn't be trash on the bathroom floor when I walk into the room.

My fiance and I have been staying at this hotel for a couple years off and on. This is the only hotel in New Iberia we stay at. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. The location is perfect for the activities we enjoy.

The only issue we had was the door knob on the bathroom was very close. I was stuck in the bathroom for 20 minutes, had a panic attack. Upon my fiance returning from the store, he tightened the door knob. I told the front desk the next morning as we checked out. The owner was at the front desk and he was the one I spoke with.

Great price. the courtyard, pool, and hot buffet were great.

The carpet was so nasty you had to walk around with shoes on. It's so nasty your feet would be black on the bottom from all the filth. Also breakfast buffet was nice but they didn't keep it filled and the lady didn't want to cook anything else to stock the buffet at 9:16 am when there were no more hashbrowns even tho breakfast didn't end until 10 am. The guy that was there cooked them for my family.

Looked the Breakfast Bar, Loved the pool, but it does get over crowded at times, room was nice and clean. The desk clerks need improvement on their attiudes,tho. These white haired older man has a great personality and checks on the pool frequently and makes sure the property is clean and preserve.

The only Thing I didn't like was the desk where you check in weren't to freindly

Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Easy to find. Nice hot breakfast with omelets, sausage, biscuits, grits, hashbrowns and juice. Lots of other fare as well.

Told by desk to park in the back near the room. Lots of shipping containers back there; wasn't sure how safe it was. Door didn't seem to shut tight. Door to adjoining room afixed/frozen slightly ajar. Could not move or close it all the way. I was tired enough to sleep, but worried about safety. Okay for one night. Best option in this price range.

My stay here was made exceptional from the staff to the room to the breakfast! The hotel is well maintained, the staff was very accommodating. My room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty options. The courtyard was amazing to sit in and the area is actually surprisingly quiet.

The front desk person was very polite. He got me to my room quickly. He helped me with everything I needed help with. Would 100% love to go back sometimes soon. I'm even thinking about staying for a month or two.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like

I like being able to bring my Pets. I also liked that they didn't bother me to get in the room while my pets were there.

I didn't like the fact that they stopped serving breakfast so early I mean when your on vacation you don't want to get up early and when I went at 9 there wasn't hardly anything left and then when I asked they said they don't refill after 8:30. I think breakfast should be served until 11:00 I was on vacation to see my family for Christmas.

I was initially worried by the outside appearance of the hotel as it definitely looked older. I was very surprised upon walking into the lobby and seeing it had been remodeled. The room was an even better surprise. So much room and everything was very clean. I loved having two entrances and the pool and courtyard right outside the back door. The staff was beyond courteous and made our stay wonderful.
