it was 90° outside but the pool was closed, for a 7 year old that’s the only reason to go to a hotel. lol The other thing was they charge you an additional $100 that they give back when you check out as a security deposit. The bad thing is I only use cash or a debit card (no CC’s) and the pay back function takes a long time. I just wish I had been told before hand about it.

I did not have the breakfast. Hotel was neat and clean. Staff was friendly. The problem I encountered was that I paid for two rooms through Booking.com for the discounted price. When I arrived for check-in, I had to pay a second room charge for the second room since there was a fund transfer problem between Booking and the hotel and the hotel informed me that I had to contact Booking to get problem resolved. I contacted Booking and they are working to either have the hotel refund me the second charge for the room or Booking will refund the second charge for the room. I am still waiting.

The administrative lack of initiative by Holiday Inn staff to solve the problem and the inconvenience to me, the customer.

Bottom of pool was dirty. I don’t like the way the gate to pool opens, even though I do know it is for safety. I cut my hand on top of the gate. The lady behind the desk put 3 bandaids on it.

We choose to stay at Holiday Inn Expresses because we find them to be dependable in providing comfortable beds, free wi-fi, decent size rooms, and nice bathrooms with hot water. The check-in staff was helpful/nice. This was a quick sleep as we were traveling cross country by car. Nothing negative to say about the stay. We both slept well, noise inside nor outside was a factor, and we had refreshing, hot showers.

Even though the hotel was booked and very busy, your staff was accommodating and pleasant. They even brought us extra pillows for me because I had a surgical procedure and had to sleep with my head elevated.

The room starts to be dated (walls, bathroom fittings). I am still very surprised and sad to find disposable tableware. Hotels in general should change that.

Our stay was great! Facility was clean, room was clean. Staff was great. I liked the brand of the shampoo/conditioner/and body gel and that it was located inside of the shower instead of in the small individual containers. Loved that There was a Keurig located inside the room with coffee and tea options. The lady at the front desk was very nice and willing to help us with room accommodations if they were needed. Had a variety of breakfast options, pancake machine wasn’t working at the time though. Checkin/Checkout was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again. There were also convenient vending machines located by elevators.

It was a little ways to get to from 1-10, pancake machine was not working, pool was closed, some of the USB ports in our room did not work, not enough towels in our room, and TV screen was cracked at the bottom right hand side of screen, but didn’t affect the ability to watch it. Also, wish there was more coffee pods in the room to accommodate everyone in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was top notch. It was clean and there was so much variety that even my child with a dairy allergy had no issues finding something to eat.

The pool was closed but they probably have a reason if the reason is bc of covid that's my only dislike other then that I dont care too much about it.

Breakfast and location were good Stat were polite and professional. Check in and out quick. Room was ready early and clean.
