The main thing I love about this hotel was the excellent customer service/ professionalism I receive from the front desk clerk Alexis. From me calling to ask questions about the hotel she was so nice. She had alit of knowledge of the hotel. She answered every question. She was so warm and welcoming. When I got there to check in the next day she was there, awesome just awesome service me and my family recieved from her. We travel alot and I'm big on customer service she went above. Awesome young lady

There was some trash and food under the pull out couch, no toothbrush in the rooms, and you had to get sheets for the pull out couch at the front. Most hotels I stayed at they all already in the room in plastic zip bag in closet. Not really a big deal honestly and the manager was nice and accommodating as well

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the breakfast bar, It was well stocked the oatmeal bar and toppings was the best! I like having the separate toilet and shower bathroom in our king suite. The location is excellent. It's close to gas stations, car wash, museum, shops and restaurants.

I would have preferred to make my own waffles with a waffle maker. I did not like the sugary belgian waffles. I would recommend more herbal tea selections. I wish the bathroom had towel racks. There was no where to hang your towels. Expand your gym facility. Add business center with computer and printers. Offer late check out @12 noon.

Great location for the tournament we were attending, close to great restaurants, safe, lovely area. Suite was large and well planned with separate shower/sink and toilet areas.

Some maintenance needed, headboard scraped and peeling, tiles missing in bathroom, just some minor cosmetic updating needed.

it was easy to find. clean, close to lots of food, and pretty. the staff was very nice. from check in, to giving me extra blankets and extra wash clothes, to running around to find me sugar for my tea.

the thermostat seemed to be not working. when we turned it lower than 76 it blew AIR. we only had hot or off. we couldn’t set it. but the staff gave me another blanket. needless to say. today i feel like I’m coming down with a cold.. i went to breakfast at 8. there was no sugar. not sweetener but sugar..

The hotel was booked for the holiday weekend and event that I was in town for. "Maxwell" (I believe that was his name) was handling everything so well. He checked us in while dealing with an irate guest and busy hotel. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

unfortunate since the hotel allows pets, which I understand , a dog barked several times through the night & woke us up. we were on the same floor as the dog family

Staff was super nice at check-in. Very close to Merriweather Post so made it easy to get to and from our show. Room was lovely and very clean. Would stay again.

Planned a last minute staycation just to relax in the pool area. Unfortunately, when we checked in we were advised the pool was closed. We were offered to use the pool at Hampton Inn but that defeats the purpose of being wet and conveniently going upstairs to your room versus going in/out of the cold wet.

It was pet friendly, had complimentary hot breakfast, a pool. They had very nice good quality and smelling soaps as well as built in shampoo and conditioner dispensers. We were able to get a late check out. The TV swiveled, so we could watch from either the couch in the room or the bed. The tv also had Netflix built in.

The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but it was easy to get an hour reserved for just my boyfriend and I and no one else in the pool area. They also had to change the room from the original one I booked (a king bed) to a room with a double bed because I had brought my ESA Cat with me. It was still a fine switch. With the built in Netflix, I was hoping there was like a master hotel account that everyone can access, but we had to log in with our personal account; therefore, had to remember our password and figure out how to log out before we left the hotel. Microwave and fridge were annoying and small.
