Perfect location for the concert and sightseeing I was in town for- easy drive to DC or Baltimore and a very quick drive to merriweather post pavilion. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a typical small hotel buffet bagels, sausage, eggs, juice and cereal but very good. Staff was very friendly.

The main thing I love about this hotel was the excellent customer service/ professionalism I receive from the front desk clerk Alexis. From me calling to ask questions about the hotel she was so nice. She had alit of knowledge of the hotel. She answered every question. She was so warm and welcoming. When I got there to check in the next day she was there, awesome just awesome service me and my family recieved from her. We travel alot and I'm big on customer service she went above. Awesome young lady

There was some trash and food under the pull out couch, no toothbrush in the rooms, and you had to get sheets for the pull out couch at the front. Most hotels I stayed at they all already in the room in plastic zip bag in closet. Not really a big deal honestly and the manager was nice and accommodating as well

Great location for the tournament we were attending, close to great restaurants, safe, lovely area. Suite was large and well planned with separate shower/sink and toilet areas.

Some maintenance needed, headboard scraped and peeling, tiles missing in bathroom, just some minor cosmetic updating needed.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the breakfast bar, It was well stocked the oatmeal bar and toppings was the best! I like having the separate toilet and shower bathroom in our king suite. The location is excellent. It's close to gas stations, car wash, museum, shops and restaurants.

I would have preferred to make my own waffles with a waffle maker. I did not like the sugary belgian waffles. I would recommend more herbal tea selections. I wish the bathroom had towel racks. There was no where to hang your towels. Expand your gym facility. Add business center with computer and printers. Offer late check out @12 noon.

The front desk clerk Alex made our stay extremely successful! She went above and beyond to accommodate my family in the handicapped room we needed for my mom that’s in a wheelchair!

The hotel was so nice. The staff was so nice. My room was amazing and very spacious and comfortable. They give breakfast, has a pool and a gym. I would stay there again.

Could not enjoy it as it was packed away each morning as we were arriving at least 20 minutes before the stated end time.

Breakfast variety, pretty quiet besides the construction near the front desk, plenty of parking, half bath, roomy.

Had to ask daily for towels and cups.

The hotel was booked for the holiday weekend and event that I was in town for. "Maxwell" (I believe that was his name) was handling everything so well. He checked us in while dealing with an irate guest and busy hotel. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

it was easy to find. clean, close to lots of food, and pretty. the staff was very nice. from check in, to giving me extra blankets and extra wash clothes, to running around to find me sugar for my tea.

the thermostat seemed to be not working. when we turned it lower than 76 it blew AIR. we only had hot or off. we couldn’t set it. but the staff gave me another blanket. needless to say. today i feel like I’m coming down with a cold.. i went to breakfast at 8. there was no sugar. not sweetener but sugar..
