The staff was exceptional,especially Tenisha,Lionel and Natasha. Tenisha was my first contact as she signed me in,her personality was so genuine and pleasant,the second person I met was Lionel he also was so pleasant and accommodating. On our last day I interacted with Natasha. These three should be the model for customer service! Oh and I don't want to leave out the ladies at the breakfast bar I'm sorry I forgot their names but they too were so nice. Everyone made our stay wonderful and if in the area again I would definitely book this site. The location was perfect we were able to get around without getting lost😊

The hotel is fantastic. I would recommend that travelers to Columbia, MD. I'm from New Jersey and both the staff and front desk were amazing. My first trip to your property and it was terrific. I've always been happy with Hilton Garden Inns. You have a customer for life. My only regret was that I didn't remember who checked me in. If you could go back to my check in, at 3pm on Friday. I feel awful about not knowing her name. One of the best front desks experiences I've had. Please extend my thanks to your entire staff. Well done.

We found the Garden Inn Columbia while we were driving between NY and home. The reviews were good so we gave it a try. The desk clerk let us check out the room before we booked it. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night, but we had everything we needed. The bed was great, as was the bathroom. If I travel through again, I'm coming back.

There's breakfast available, but it's extra. While the staff was super friendly and they will prepare food to order, it wasn't the best value.

The staff was friendly and professional. Location was very convenient to local amenities. The room was very nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Our coffee pot did not seem to work and it would have been nice to have had a TV listing in the room.

This is my "go to" hotel when I travel to Columbia, which is about 2x month. The staff is the best! Consistently clean and quiet location.

I've found, based on my frequent stays at this location, that the bedside lamp switches don't work in some of the rooms.

Neighbors next store made a lot of noise in the middle of the night. They seem to be having a really good time, but it kept us up! Finally quieted down after we rang their room.

that the pool wasn’t open & it’s not saying that when your booking . You only find out when you get there. It’s the only reason I get rooms to go swimming .

It was clean and check in was a breeze. Location is perfect if you’re looking to go to a concert at the Merriweather Post Pavilion.

It is a bit outdated but I do see they’re going to have a major remodel soon

The hotel is located in a central location. The rooms are a great size. The beds are very comfortable.

The pool was closed. The business center was closed. There was an additional charge for breakfast.
