The room was pretty standard but it was perfect for the night. My favorite part was how nice the staff was. The ladies at the front desk were exceptional.

The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We had all of the needed items to make our stay comfortable. Safe, lighted parking lot. Elevators to the upper floors. Front desk staff was polite and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful, with lots of options. The woman who staffed the breakfast was a very hard worker who continually replenished food & coffee. The location was convenient, with a beautiful view of the bay, close to shopping & restaurants.

All was excellent. No complaints at all.

When I registered, I had simply asked yes early check-in was possible they could let me know. When I arrived there early I asked about it and they said yes there’s a room but it will be $25 more. I could have declined but it was 100° and so I said yes. Also, when I registered it was for a Bayview but the room they had was on the ground floor in the back overlooking to sinkholes and the rest of the swamp. Understand that our stay was more than adequate but particularly the $25 up charge is ridiculous , and it was not noted anywhere until I got there.

Convenient location to get on and off interstate. Restaurants were close enough that you could walk to, and it was a wonderful view of the bay from the front. Breakfast had a great selection and was fresh.

Sadly, my debit card got charged by booking.com, and I was charged by the motel itself, and I've spent a week trying to get a refund. The tv in our room worked, but the guide wouldn't stay on, and you had to restart the guild because it would kick you out in a short period of time. But overall, I had a great time.

The staff at the location were the best that I've seen at a hotel in a long time. She was very helpful and kind. You can tell that the hotel has many upgrades. The popcorn and lemonade at the front lobby were a nice touch. We liked how comfortable the beds were, but the pillows not as much.

The cost is high for the age of the hotel. They have done many upgrades to the hotel, but you can definitely tell that it is an older hotel. You can hear those in the other rooms.

I liked that it was close to my project. I really liked the breakfast. I enjoyed talking with everyone, even other guests.

I didn't like the highway noise. I didn't like being placed on the higher floors. The day I came, it was mostly vacant. Maybe their were other reservations that took the ground floor. I don't know. How do you book a ground floor room when it's not indicated on the app???

Bed and pillows were so comfortable, room was so beautiful. Bay view was amazing with chairs outside of each room to sit and enjoy the view; breakfast was great w/ eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits/gravy, fruit, waffles, toast, juice/coffee; across the street were several restaurants to easily walk to. Definitely would stay here again;

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I thought there could be more variety in the breakfast offerings. Food offerings for individuals with allergies, such as dairy and gluten, have very few choices.

The room was clean and in good condition, & not strongly fragranced. The view was exceptional - loved being able to open the door or sit on the balcony & enjoy the breeze from the bay.

It would be nice if you could offer a fragrance free room. Cleaned with non toxic cleaning products, sheets/towels washed in fragrance free detergent.

It is right across the street from the Fisherman’s Inn, one of our favorite restaurants!
