Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis Downtown

Room was very nicely decorated. It was comfortable and quiet.

The bathroom doors were very peculiar in that they were double-doors which left fully a 1” gap so that there was really no privacy. So strange.

loved that we could walk to downtown. room was large, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. beautiful hotel. having complimentary water bottles in room was very nice to have and very much appreciated. The staff were also very nice and friendly.

I have never been to a hotel where there were no drawers in the room (even the night stands had no drawers) to put our clothing. There were only a few hangers to share with my husband so everything had to stay in our suitcases. also no shelving in the bathroom to store items such as hair care products and toiletry bags. they had to be taken into and out of the bathroom each day rather than being able to keep things tidy in the bathroom.

Breakfast was a grab and go. Prefer hot and fresh.

Parking too expensive.

Comfortable bed. Good location.

Paying $25 to park.

The location was very convenient, being situated right near the heart of downtown. The price for parking was fair for a hotel with a location like this. Our room was nice, clean, and quiet. We didn't not use the fitness center, but it's a nice thing to have available.

The only real problem I encountered was the water in the shower took a little longer than expected to heat up. I visited in the dead of winter, I get that it might not be instant, but having to run the shower for a few minutes to get it warm wasn't really expected.

Easy to find, parking on site (although expensive at $25.00 per day), food available,outdoor seating available for eating, safe area, walking distance into town, plenty of other small places to get quick meals

Only a small table set up as a registration area, not so comfortable “lobby” area, check-in woman said breakfast was not included with my room however another registration person said it was when I showed him my Booking.com e-mail confirmation … this made a difference of more than $30.00 on my bill so I am pleased that I spoke up!

It was clean, comfortable, and convenient.

One of the elavators was out of service.

Staff was friendly and courteous. King suite with balcony was a beautiful getaway to come back to after exploring the city. Hotel was within a mile or so walking distance to Main Street and the Annapolis city dock which allowed us to leave our vehicle at the hotel.

Water pressure in shower was limited and shower floor was a bit slippery BUT the bathroom itself was bright and roomy.

They forgot to tell us there would be a parade in front of their building during the time of our arrival so we weren’t able to get to the hotel for over 2 hours. We were pretty much deadlocked in downtown traffic for two hours after traveling, but we survived and made it to the places we were going on time. Annapolis is an incredibly beautiful city!

Location was amazing, The lady at the front desk, Is very sweet, all the staff was wonderful & friendly. The hotel was clean.

The view out the window lol, Of the parking garage, everytime you left the hotel room, & walked in the hallway, it WAS FREEZING. No heat in the erea we were on. Unless your in the your room to adjust it. The toliet dosnt flush very well, & the shower door kept opening when your showering.
