This was our first time staying at this hotel but it won't be the last! It's a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The whole vibe is relaxation and enjoyment. If you're a couple, you'll love it here! It's spic and span clean. We saw people cleaning multiple times a day within the facility and even outside on the grounds. The staff were very helpful, friendly, welcoming. They made us feel at home everywhere within the hotel. It's convenient to have a bar and small pub within the hotel. We ordered food and cocktails, which were both enjoyable. The morning breakfast was superb, with full hot breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, juices, and more. We had a king room and I'm glad I chose the one with the balcony, because it was worth it. The views were amazing, especially in the late evening during sunset. They're also quite spacious. There are so many places to sit and relax because the hotel has ample outdoor seating with pub tables, outdoor lounge chairs, couches, and more. We also used the hotel amenities, including the gym and pool, both were clean with lovely views! Our entire stay was wonderful from beginning to end!

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of a microwave in our room. It seems you have to get a kitchenette for that amenity.

Hotel was comfortable, clean. No issues. Only hangup was we were with a small group that met in the lobby in the evening. We were trying to order drinks to sit and chat. The bartender took almost 5-10 minutes to make one martini. Maybe longer. No exaggeration. Opening the bottle, getting the ice, looking for this and that. So, asking for more drinks was a nightmare. Not sure why she was dragging her feet. It was painful to get 1 drink and we were apprehensive to order more. Other than that, everything was fine.

All of the front desk and dining room staff were excellent. They were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to find, soundproof from the heavy traffic, in a excellent location to many seafood restaurants and trails. We literally said to each all everyone was so nice to include hotel guests and staff.

We didn’t like the hot foods, primarily the eggs and meats, tasted like it was warm and served rather than fresh. Overall the breakfast spread was excellent and healthy with lots of options to choose.

The lovely view from our room of the water and boats was a pleasure. The first floor porch was a very nice spot to sit in the evening. The staff was very kind and helpful.

There is an ice bucket in the room if you want it. It’s just tucked away. We couldn’t find it. Had trouble communicating with the housekeeping people as no one on our floor spoke English. They were pleasant enough with smiles and tried to help but just couldn’t.

complementary breakfast needs to be hot and better coffee bar with more options and no coffee grounds in coffee. fan in room should have option to stay constantly on. it would keep kicking on and off all night and was loud and would wake us up each start up. more comfortable pillows. better water pressure in shower. it was low flow.

I liked the comfort of the room and the space of the design.

I automatically expected my room to be cleaned and the bed to be made for the price I was paying. I would have preferred a room with a tub instead of a walk-in shower. After a long day, a soothing bath in my room would've been nice. Next time I'd like room facing the water. The second day's breakfast, the oatmeal wasn't cooked and flies were around the food.

I had the room that faces the highway. I asked to be switched to the side where the water is and they did it that day. I live in North Carolina now and was raised on Kent Island. It was a thrill for me to watch the boats coming in and out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The view from our waterfront king suite was beautiful! We saw stunning sunsets and sunrises from our balcony. The hotel and property are extremely well maintained, breakfast is plentiful and tasty and the outside seating area by the water is perfection!

there were no microwaves in the rooms, in the standard rooms. I had to go all the way to the dining room to warm food. they could have had microwaves on standby for the standard rooms in case a guest wants to rent for the night. it happens in Hawaii

The hotel is brand new. It was spotlessly clean and smelled nice. The views of the water are amazing. Breakfast was comprehensive and there were many places to walk to for meals as well. Our kids loved the pool. There was even a rowing machine in the gym for the rower in our family to use.
