The room fit my expectations and needs for a one-night stay. The shower had good water pressure, the TV and coffee machine worked properly, and the bed had soft sheets. The location was also good, with it being close to the highway and a reasonable drive from Plymouth, where I spent my evening. I can't speak to the breakfast or the pool, since I didn't take advantage of those features.

The bed was a little too firm for my taste, but not uncomfortably so. The bathroom also had dim lighting and could be a bit brighter. The hotel also had thin walls, and I could hear multiple doors being slammed as people left their rooms in the morning.

Convenient location

Booking.com did not send the reservation in a timely manner. It took me over an hour to check in, one of the calls to Booking.com I got hung up on. The other, did nothing to help. At 1am, clerk let me in but I got a call at 4am in my room because they STILL DID NOT GET THE RESERVATION FROM BOOKING.COM I got almost NO SLEEP AT ALL, this was a HUGE waste of time, money, and aggravation. Would have been better off sleeping in my truck at a rest stop, and would have gotten more rest that way. They had the NERVE to "generously" offer me a $25 partial refund for a $94 room I spent a total of like 4 hours sleeping in. Insulting customer service on their end.

Excellent value, helpful staff, easy drive to New Bedford and Cape Cod. Great pool, laundry facilities. Stayed for 10 nights with my 9 year old daughter, and my adult disabled son.

Breakfast mostly breads/carbs, exercise room closed, some rowdy guests on the weekends. Changed rooms because the first one smelled of pot.

Room and staff were great.

I cannot in good conscience give you anything but a "1" on the coffee. Please do something better than that awful machine. The coffee was horrible. But...based on past visits, I was not surprised. I had just hoped it was fixed from our last visit.

Did not partake in breakfast. Location was central to event we attended.

All was good...except the pillows inside the cases were not cleaned and had no pillow protectors on them. One pillow case was dingy looking and one pillow was smaller then the other 3 standard ones.

It was a convenient place to stay for the reason we traveled. The pool looked very clean, although some of the patio around it needed additional cleanup. The person cleaning up after breakfast was very fastidious.

The main course of the breakfast was meager (eggs were dolled out very slowly, no bacon/ham).

I liked the room. First floor near the pool. Clean and remodeled. Nice continental breakfast. Ice machine broken but there was a refrigerator in the room.

Update website. Seems like the ice machine has been broken for a long time according to other reviews. Also the fitness room is now a storage room.

Clean enough for an overnight stay, right next to a McDonalds and Cumberland Farms- right in the location we needed a hotel. Nice size fridge in the room and a microwave.

Room cleanliness could have been a smidgen better - our dresser/table where the TV sits had quite a film on it. The room itself smelled like someone had smoked in it, and you could smell marijuana being smoked walking down the hallways - even though the entire hotel is non smoking. There was also someone who decided to keep opening and shutting their door at 7am - another resident stepped out and asked them to stop.

The bed and pillows were great. The water was hot with great pressure. The AC, refrigerator, TV and remote worked very well. Lots of outlets for chargers and stuff, thank you!

The sink, clock and dresser counter had sticky stuff on them. But the front desk lady provided me with cleaner and towels. The clock didn't work after I clicked the room switch off and back on (weird), but it's charger ports did, thank God. The dresser and desk had handles hanging and they had scuffed up the adjacent drawers, so it wasn't new damage. The vanity light was too dim. My room didn't have a hairdryer, but others with me did in theirs -- we managed ok.

The complementary breakfast was great, the hotel was prefect location and the staff especially Raquel was very friendly and helpful

No king size bed available on the second floor
