Clean room and common areas, front desk staff very friendly and accommodating with things such as pool towels and information, good breakfast. Bar tender was SO kind and helpful. Only downfall was the bar was not serving food on a Saturday night and the poor bartender had to resources- no clean glasses or some of the items on the drink menu. Pool was great for kids, tons of chain restaurants a short distance away, downtown Plymouth approx 10 minutes.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a very nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was excellent! It was an added bonus to have a bar in the building to have a glass of wine with a friend after a long day of activities.

I liked everything. I was too busy to try the pool but maybe next time!

location was great with lots of parking, shops & restaurants nearby. despite LOTS of families with children running around the floor we stayed on, we weren’t disturbed in our room.

in the morning at breakfast, the TV in the lobby area was on a MMA channel & we were unable to find an employee to adjust it.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. situated in the beautiful town of Plymouth, Massachusetts. Fairfield inn is conveniently close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the beach. my stay was excellent. the staffs were friendly and welcoming which made me feel at home. The rooms were clean, big, spacious and Inviting. The walls are sound proof. The Appliances at Fairfield are updated. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you want to relax, and enjoy your stays.

The front desk staff was a new employee and she was multi tasking like I have never seen. She was filling the water cooler, answering the phones, running blankets to guest rooms and checking people in... All with a good attitude and a smile on her face. I hope she gets a raise!

The room had a few cleaning issues and the air conditioner needed addressed.

The facility overall looked fairly new and very clean, so that was nice. The staff upon arrival was very welcoming and courteous, with excellent customer service.

If I had to nit-pick, the room amenities. The bathroom shampoo and soaps could use an upgrade or more options, Q-tips, powder, needle, and thread. The plastic cups could be upgraded to glass. However, I went to the bar and ask for a glass and was provided one no problem. To add I was not aware of the Free Wifi, Business Center or an option to pay for Wifi.

Very new facility in excellent, almost-new condition. Nice breakfast - the breakfast staff members were very efficient and ensured that the breakfast items were replenished before they ran out.

I made the reservation for a king bed plus a sofa bed for my granddaughter. The property did not receive the the sofa bed reservation. The desk person was able to give me the needed king plus sofa bed. The sofa bed was not made up because of the mix-up and we had to go to the desk to get the needed linens, pillow, towels and soap supplies. The room was very clean but the housekeeping person did not empty the coffee grounds packet from the coffee maker. There were also plastic bags of linens left in the 4th floor hallway into the evening after the housekeeping staff had finished preparing rooms.

Breakfast choices were good and everything was fresh and warm.

Bathroom floor in 405 was not clean and there was some stuff on the wall which should have been cleaned off by the toilet.

Breakfast was good, but skimpy towards the end of the serving time. I understand you don't want to waste food but there were several families who arrived towards the end of serving time.

Great Staff both the evening and morning staff! Great Location, restaurant across the parking lot a bonus!

The breakfast was good, especially the various types of eggs. The location was excellent; with the shopping center and restaurants within walking distance. One could access most of the attractions and center of the city by driving five to ten minutes.

Extra pillows should have been placed in the closet in case someone needs it. At least some bottles of drinking water in the room for the guest. A bottle of hand sanitizer should be provider in the room or on the wall outside the room. Thanks.
