The breakfast was great. It included many options. I loved the waffles and the egg dish choices were great. The sausage and tator tots were a hit. The room was a great setting, allowing plenty of space for seating. We and others traveling with us were allowed to use the room to eat our take out evening meals, too. I loved the walk in shower. The pool was wonderful. Having laundry facilities available for the extended stay was a real plus.

The faucet spout in the bathroom was very short and was always getting water on the area surrounding it.

My family loved the cookies in the lobby! The staff was very hospitable even helping us change rooms when my moms TV would not show the closed caption. They found her an even bigger and better room for her to switch. The cleaning lady was our most impressive staff! She was always checking to see which room needed cleaning and she was aware we had 2 rooms on the same floor. Shout out to her especially! I wish we knew her name!

We loved that the property was new and hadn't been overused yet. It was disappointing some of the wall paper was already coming off in some places. Also, we stopped by the pool which was nicely heated and in a beautiful sun room with towels, but my goodness! The pool was not well kept and the water smelled very funny. We got in and got out fairly quickly. Other than these small things that are fixable, it was a wonderful stay and I would choose Hampton Inn adrian again!

Excellent breakfast. Staff was always pleasant. All common areas were well maintained. Updated rooms with many USB outlets a first for us.

The only thing I could mention is the towels were scratchy needs some softener. This is always something I notice. Thank you for the service provided.

The location is secluded because it was behind all the busy businesses. The hotel is clean and organized. We stayed with our Hockey team family. They accommodated our stay. since we were such a big group we ordered Pizza and Buffalo wild wings nearby and they let us have our dinner in the dining room. Breakfast was amazing, they have a variety of food from hot sausage, eggs, and make your waffles and fruits. Our hockey kids spend most of their time in the Pool. I was able to use the gym, and I love how to keep everything clean with available towels. Restaurants nearby. Note: I book my reservation through Booking.com and upon my arrival, she couldn’t find my reservation through Booking.com But Sarah quickly resolved the issue. She made a new reservation in the system and give us an upgraded Suit room. Then advise us to call Booking.com which I did and it was resolved and got my refund. our stay was fantastic! Thank you, Sarah (Front Desk) for being awesome!

room was not clean upon arrival. shower contained substances on floor incl hair. bed though clean, was not made properly. looked as though cleaning service in big rush to finish.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The freezer on refrigerator didn’t freeze our ice packs. Also the shower had staining along the edges. I felt those should’ve been resolved prior to issuing a guest that room.

Was absolutely beautiful. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable and cozy. The breakfast had many options.
