The breakfast was a nice starter to the morning, they had a chafing tray of eggs, meat and potatoes. The oatmeal was good and I enjoyed the yogurt in the fridge. I haven't eaten yogurt in a while and it was a treat. Shower in room is awesome and I liked the way they have bottles for soap, shampoo and lotion on the walls readily available. That was nice and I've never seen that before in a hotel. Kudos on that idea.

Last night we lost power the from 10pm to 9am, but nothing the hotel could do. Pool is too small.

The entire hotel was emmaculent. Are room was spotless and the bathroom was awesome. And the lady that takes care of breakfast I forget her name but she is the best. She was right of things. She kept the buffet stocked and fresh and was very friendly and helpful. She even got us more coffee and orange juice while we were eating. Hampton should promote this woman. She deserves it!

Our first room the television would not work but the evening front person man was real quick and trying to fix it and couldn't so he got us another room right away

The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The kids used the pool which they enjoyed and we also took advantage of the breakfast each morning which had a nice variety of items. The staff were friendly also and the location was perfect to find.

The only thing that I would say could be improved is a couple extra items at breakfast for those who are gluten free. I know I've seen some hotels offer hard boiled eggs or a gluten free muffin or bagel.

it was up to date and we’ll located. the two employees we talked to - the front desk clerk and the breakfast room manager where wonderful people.

the room keys weren’t working so we had to get the desk clerk to let us in and then wait in line with two other guests while the clerk worked to get the keys working - though that wasn’t really a problem. The desk clerk was polite and genuinely kind. The problem was that he was working alone. Where was his manager?

Clean and comfortable! very nice bathroom shower! Comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful and pleasant staff.

The bedroom needed a bit more light. The light from lamps all pointed downward so they did not light the room. At night this could be a problem.

Clean,Clean,Clean. Property was very nice and quite nice when it came appearance and decor.

There must be a plant of some sort that produces sulfur as air had smell of that, but that can’t be controlled by hotel.

Clean, spacious handicap accessible room. Courteous staff that were very helpful. Nice complementary breakfast though it could have been hotter (eggs weren't hot and needed to be microwaved to warm them to edible temp) but staff assisted and made it right immediately. Will be back!

See comment above on breakfast item temperature issue. It was corrected though so not a deal breaker on returning for a future stay.

It was quiet. I got a room to get away, have some quiet time to decompress and clear my mind from a busy week. My family understands that I need alone time and there was literally NO NOISE at all! Perfect!

The location is great. It looks very clean and modern. The pool was clean and a nice open space. People working food service were very friendly when we showed up late for breakfast. Overall staff is very nice. Bed was comfortable with an extra pillow in the closet. TV has good channels.

Key cards are more difficult than they should be. I saw many people having trouble using them. Also, the breakfast ends at 9. I was probably told this and just didn’t remember, but 9 is early compared to most hotels we’ve stayed at.
