Mary, lady that cleans the gym/front lobby is an absolute GEM! Left a lasting impressions, Ill rebook to see Mary. I typically stay at Graduate/Weber's. Sheraton had reasonable prices, did not price gauge for popular weekend! Helena was mentoring cleaning crew, impeccably clean, linens and towels A+. Girls that greeted me the first night were so kind, helpful, and understanding. It was obvious they value excellent customer service. Thank you, I will be back!

Wish restaurant stayed open for lunch. It's a great atmosphere, I bet additional revenue would be easy especially during busy travel times.

Location provided quiet atmosphere for sleeping. We enjoyed the breakfast however we are not full plate eaters and would have appreciated a price less than the full price of breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of food items at breakfast and i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. I enjoyed a late night snack of yogurt parfait purchased from the hotel canteen.

I would have like a hard copy of instructions for the hotel room and amenities.

It was a cozy, clean and calm atmosphere. Brian took care of any needs that arose during my stay and was so kind. Upon checkout Donielle was very gracious and polite. It was just such a pleasant stay, peaceful. They were very accommodating to our late check-in. Definitely will stay there again and recommend to others.

Room was comfortable and very clean. We liked that we were around downtown. We appreciated the friendly staff at check in.

I liked breakfast but we didn’t realize we had to pay until after the fact. We thought breakfast came included. The elevator was out so we had to take the stairs which was uncomfortable due to all our luggage

Pricey for the food for basic quality. But overall very satisfied with the hotel. Staff. Room. Pool needed to be skimmed was dirty either bugs and the outside pool area smelled aweful. But otherwise. The rooms. Even hallways smelled amazing

How pricey the food and gift shop items were. Would of been nice to have been able to buy like maybe floating rings for the pool at least

We really liked that the pool area had a hot tub. We were able to get in the hot tub around 8am with no other guests in there. Which was great!

Just a bit outdated. Things have been fixed and it almost seems like some things were done halfway. Lots of caulk in the shower, toilet sounded like the lid was flying off with every flush and the bed was uncomfortable. Nothing felt super squeaky clean either.

amazing! a huge selection of pre made options but also had an omlette bar. the selections were fresh, the dining area was large and set up very nicely.

the pool was a bit cold. but I wouldn't necessarily say I didn't like it. it was a beautiful space with the indoor and outdoor option. it was also gloomy weather and pools are kind of boring by yourself

The atmosphere was great and the staff was exceptional. The bar had a variety of drinks from beer to mixed drinks at a decent price. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had alot to choose from including custom omelets.

the breakfast was good. Omelet station was nice. Staff was excellent!

We were confused if the breakfast was provided or if it was a restaurant. there wasn’t any literature in the hotel to inform us. We went and found that it was extra. Thought $40 for a couple of egg omelets seems expensive.

Your staff is fantastic. Especially a lady named Mary who watched over my mother in law who’s had some heart issues. Give Mary a big raise.
