Good location. Walking distance to State street (depends who you ask). Had ample free parking. The breakfast was fabulous (did have issues refilling dishes towards the end - so go by 8.45). The waffles were the best!!!! And they had sugar free options for the syrups etc! Key point - had ample plug points to cover all 4 sleeping postions not really something u find all the time!

Not much to complain about!

We were coming off of a 6 hour drive. All we wanted was a good hot shower, a clean room and comfortable beds. we got them all and then some. The desk staff were extremely friendly. I needed a bowl for the cereal I was going to have for supper. The clerk whisked a disposable bowl out of the breakfast room, with a smile. The fridge in the room was handy. I was too tired to experience the breakfast, but hubby said it was ok. We’ve stayed in ‘fancier’ hotels on that strip….they weren’t worth the hype compared to what we got at the Hampton.

I don’t like that you significantly jack the prices up for Michigan game weekends. Heck, I paid the same price for your room that I did for a Premium room with a jacuzzi and fireplace on the 23rd floor of the Marriott overlooking Niagara Falls! With a mind-blowing view! So tell me you’re not raping the consumer?!?!

Good breakfast, easy to and from location, very comfortable beds, very helpful staff

Hallway carpet was very loose and bubbled and held down with duct tape. A very possible trip hazard. Staff commented that property was up for sale and current owners did not want to repair or correct.

Really good breakfast and good variety. We had very noisy young baseball players on our floor and the staff made it right by refunding a night a switching us to a quieter room. The staff were friendly and professional.

It would be nice if the hotel had quiet hours after a certain time at night.

The price the hotel charged me was almost 10% higher than the price that I booked the room for on Booking.com. The hotel wasn’t sure why. Will book directly with hotels next time.

The pillows were terrible. Couldn’t get a good night’s sleep with flat pillows. We went and purchased new pillows.

Been staying here for several years and close to everything and with good breakfast. Nice clean rooms with friendly staff Plus I own Hilton stock and support it.

The room was nice and clean. The location of the room was good too. The size of the room was perfect.

I paid over $30 more for the room than what I was "quoted" when I booked the room. I was "quoted" $174 and paid $210.

Looked recently upgraded. My room was spotless and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The pool is a large cool shape and was the perfect temp. And open until 11! The morning breakfast was great with lots of hot food options
