The breakfast was fantastic! There was no yogurt or hard boiled eggs Sunday and Monday mornings. We did not notice that the breakfast on Tuesday ended at 9 AM instead of 10 AM. We entered at 9:20 and the staff was good enough to give us some of the leftover from the back and it was very appreciated. The room was really spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom was updated and the water pressure was great. Our view of lake Michigan could not have been more beautiful. The staff was very friendly and receptive. I have to commend the late night staff. Is I left my phone at the popcorn machine and they retrieved it immediately and brought it to my room.

It was a great stay. There was a noise issue very early Monday morning(5:25 am approx) - it was handled by the staff, but it took 45 minutes.

It was in a great location. The kind lady gave us a room with a view of the lake which was awesome as it was quite windy & we could hear the surf, which was really cool! And Free popcorn & hot chocolate was just what we needed when we came in on a cold windy night!

The property is oddly shaped so, until you get your bearings can be a bit hard to find your room, but… we did ok! Breakfast was more of the grab& go type which in these days I understand, so it was ok for us.

The facility was clean but clean in a way that you couldn't even smell the cleaner. They appear to take great pride in their cleaning. Furthermore, the amenities of free popcorn, lemon water, and the breakfast were great! Lastly, the beach across the road is absolutely amazing.

The hotel felt just a little dated (key word being little). But honestly, I didn't even notice. I'm grasping at Straws here to come up with something negative.

This is an older hotel, but that just didn't matter... It was squeaky clean and cozy. Our favorite aspect was the staff - incredibly friendly and helpful. Becky P. at the front desk shared her favorite experiences in the area; that meant so much more than any brochure!!! Everyone - from the folks at the desk to the cleaning staff - worked hard to make sure we had a great time! By the way, they advertise a continental breakfast but it was so much more!!! Scrambled eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles are just a few of the choices. Everything was delicious!

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. They accommodated putting our ice packs in their freezer for our cooler.

The shower door was of it's track. One light in bathroom was burned out. More luggage carts would be helpful. We only saw one and it was in use.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were all friendly and willing to help you with anything that you needed. And the view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Loved just being able to walk across the road and walk the board to the light house which was just breathtaking! It was an excellent place to stay. Breakfast was good to. Would definitely recommend this place!

This was the perfect place to see the northern part of Lake Michigan! We used it as our midway point between Mackinac Bridge & heading back to Chicago. Very friendly & helpful staff!

Everything was good for the price. No complaints

Breakfast was really good the first two days , then the eggs was way over cooked everyday after that so we went out to eat

I didnt like not having a pool, And I didn't like staying on the second floor because my wife has problems walking distances

Friendly, there was food and snacks to buy(we were late check in). Picture on booking.com completely matched our room. I felt safe, clean, and comfortable.

Bathtub was stained(iron stains from water maybe) bathroom was a little dated but was clean. The price could have been a bit cheaper especially since it was just an overnight stay.

Very clean property. Large room. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast had a lot to offer. Great location near a restaurant and across from lake with nice boardwalk. Area had some good state parks to visit.
