Quiet, cIean, friendly, we will absolutely stay again.

The only negative was a window that wouldn't latch, on the ground floor. I told the front desk about it as we left for the evening, both window panes not latchable. When we returned one of them was fixed and latched. I do trust that they will fix the other one. They understood my concern, even though assuring me there'd never been a problem with breakins, and I believe them.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful whenever we had a request, such as getting hot water for tea, or an extra blanket. The breakfast was really nice and I appreciated the items that were individually packaged for extra sanitation. The location is wonderful for the Alexandria area and the price was very affordable.

The loud talking of the cleaning staff before the 11 AM checkout. had set my alarm for 10 to be out by 11 and was awakened by the cleaning staff starting at 8:30 AM. The inside looks way better than the outside. The outside looks trashy. Very surprised about how clean and pretty my room was.

The staff was outstanding and made us feel right at home as we stayed with them. Our own home was going through a remodel.

The back yard area was just full of trash, left behind by the people that had been using the area.

Easy access from the freeway. Plenty of food options nearby. Nice quiet room. Clean. Great air conditioning. Comfortable chair and foot stool. Good bed with firm mattress. Nice shower. Basic items offered for breakfast.

Repaint the lines in the parking lot.

Primarily the location and the low price.

We had someone try getting into our room in the early morning hours...the staff came up right away and handled the situation! The breakfast “choices” are not at all diabetes friendly. My travel companions enjoyed the muffin, granola bar and yogurt though. (I do understand that it’s more difficult with COVID and having to make grab bags, but an option for sugar free, or at least less sugar would have been nice....even a bag that had fruit for an option.

helpful friendly staff and this time we were having family emergency and not a fun event and we keep choosing them over and over again, they aren’t the cheapest place in town but for the service you get well worth it!

not a darn thing

On the road for 6 weeks straight following the Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail and frankly its hard to remember one nice room from another. We chose to stay in nice places and this was one of them. But the thing you DO remember are the people. You remember when the staff and employees bend over backwards to fill your every request. Or when they’re so friendly you look forward to going down to the lobby in hopes of meeting up and talking with one or two of them. This place was like that so Bernadette and me say HI to everyone and thx for helping us load up and get moving that morning and we miss seeing you all already. Till next year then...

Room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning gal was friendly and asked if needed anything in my room. The breakfast person greeted me and was friendly. Hopefully be able to get more once Covid restrictions lift.

At check in the front desk person didn't seem very friendly. No smile Bathroom light was burnt out. Bathtub was a bit slippery

location is great. near relatives, close to restaurants and stores.

Beds aren’t very comfortable, other than that no complaints.
