The staff was wonderful! I had a medical appointment and was in a wheelchair. They were very helpful and accommodating! The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the location was perfect. I was able to get across the street to a grocery store and pick up a few groceries.

The automatic doors at the entrance weren't functioning correctly and one side would close before I could get through in my wheelchair. They had a notice posted to call the office if there was a problem. Fortunately, the door would reopen before you finished dialing, but uncomfortable to have them close part way when you were trying to enter.

staff did their job but it would be nice if they could put a smile on their face. it doesn’t need a lot of effort but makes a world of difference (this comment is also for the GM) Consistency: some days waffle was available, some days not. some days only decaf coffee (why?) Pool has not been available for a month (how long does it take to fix it?)

This is the only hotel we stay at. We've tried others & there were always issues during our stay. Here, when the staff see my name cum across the screen they automatically give me a handicapped room & make sure it has the air on as a curtiousy to me. I appreciate all the staff Alley, Gena, Brent are usually on duty when I cum in & thru the nite . We love them & the way we are treated everytime we cum stay.

We got our room and the TV wasn’t working right.Gina was more than willing to help ys get a different room and get us settled in . The beds were awesome.. the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a motel. Breakfast was ok if you’re not on Keto and counting carbs… no eggs or meat just biscuits and gravy .Overall it was great! Thank you!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a room that happened to not have a remote control for the tv and they immediately offered to change us to a different room. They did so without me asking them to and with a smile. They were also great about us bringing our dogs, the desk clerk even took a few minutes to love up on them.

The breakfast was very good. The pool area was clean and all the staff we met were VERY nice. And I love that they allowed me to bring my dog. :)

There were other guests that were LOUD and slamming doors until 1:30 am. And there was a strong odor of pot. I don’t think that should be allowed to be smoked indoors at a hotel.

The hotel is convenient, the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was amazing!

The parking lot is small and not enough room for guests when the hotel is full. The staff at the front desk could be better. The staff member was outside talking with someone after checking me in and it was not appropriate.

easy to get to, good location for eating places and stores.

bathrooms could be a little cleaner especially around the floor of the tub. Also, the carpet by the elevator on 2nd floor should be replaced it’s buckled only a matter of time someone will trip and get hurt (I’ve seen this happen).

Young man at front desk was very helpful he said he was only working there for a couple of months but he was a total pro and made our stay great. We came in late on motorcycles and he was super accommodating. Will definitely stay here again a nice stop. Thanks

It was a very quiet location. Clean. Staff were friendly.

It was hard to find the first time. Clean, except for what appeared to be black mold spots of the walls in the shower. Carpet in hallway on 2nd floor near breakfast nook was creating a trip hazard.
