new facility with friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, great location if you want to enjoy the Voyageurs National Park and the the lakes, breakfast/dining hall turns into a small bistro restaurant at night which is very convenient when returning in the evening after a long day outdoors

small flies in the dining area really could spoil the overall dining experience for those more sensitive visitors, no outdoors sitting area or benches except for the tiny patio available only to the patrons of the restaurant

Beautiful Hotel, such friendly people! Beautiful room! Quiet area, rooms were quiet, no stomping down the halls, no noisy people next door. Just all around GREAT!

We didn't have any view out windows due to canopy over entrance door blocked our window. It was ok as we weren't there much. Light came in so worked out ok. I hate that I never think of taking pictures of our room.

I would recommend anybody coming to International Falls to stay here. The rooms are clean and well designed, the pool and whirlpool are excellent, and the work out room is just the right size. The Falls Bistro restaurant has great food inspired by local traditions and culture, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The historical photos of the area give the perfect perspective of the community.

The room was so nice and the beds were so comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fun to swim in with our kiddos. They had a blast. We can't wait to come back. Breakfast was good to.

The bathtub is a bit narrow for adults and one of the elevators would make weird noises when we would go from floor to floor. But it didn't happen every time. Otherwise nothing else to complain about.

The new hotel was very clean. Even though it is located on the edge of town, nothing was too far. The room was decent size. There were lots of pillows and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Everything was great. Some of the breakfast food could have been hotter, but it was a good variety and tasted good.

I liked the 24 hour Starbucks available, the pool and dining area was easy to find and get to. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The 2nd TV did not work and the microwave was alittle hard to figure out.

The property was brand new, very clean and conveniently located to Voyageur NP.

The restaurant wasn’t open the entire time of our stay over a holiday weekend.

Everything was great

Maybe the only thing that I would change is the menu at restaurant, maybe get some food more basic like roast chicken,or chicken sandwich, pattie melts,high end stuff is nice,most people are looking for the comfort food

close to airport and they also had a shuttle service to airport. They had a restaurant and also a complimentary breakfast.

The restaurant was not open Sunday Evening.

The food was wonderful at the on-site cafe. The location was perfect for our Voyageurs National Park tour.

The shower/ bathtub size was small, couldn’t shower without the curtain touching our bodies.
