Hotel was clean and ready for our arrival. Pool area was also tidy and the birthday party crew we brought had fun!

The Pool/ Hotel Security Team, in addition to our server at Breakfast was most kind and welcoming! The Front Desk Team (other then Sarah and the gal she appeared to be training upon our arrival) needs to learn a few things about general customer facing etiquette.

the swimming pool and small water park was an attraction.

The electric switches and the lighting system is dated. The door key doesn't have the electric slot which automates the all lights switch on/off process when leaving / entering the room. So it was an effort to ensure all the lights are off before leaving and to switch on needed lights while entering the room at night. There was no enough seating at reception in case people want to wait for their colleagues/ friends..

I wasn’t 100% happy at my initial check in, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The hostess and bartenders were amazing and every time I turned around someone was asking what I needed .. the amenities were fantastic and the service was above average, management was attentive and I spent the rest of my stay feeling taken care of and appreciated. The best customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. I’d highly recommend. I’m a challenging customer at times, however the hospitality here was beyond expectation and I’d definitely stay again.

Loved the water park for my 2 kids under 4. They loved it and spent 2 hrs having the best time

Buffet breakfast not offered during the week. Our mistake but would have been a nice touch.

Under remodeling and hotel staff kept the lobby clean. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean.

Hotel staff were friendly (which was great) this is about waterpark staff- a group of them just gathered around the life guard at main pool and no one watching the small children's pool. They didn't tell some boys (12 to 14) to stop jumping into pool which was clearly against rules posted. Later when cleaning, pool closed but these same boys were in pool area and in water...... your pool staff made me feel unsafe. They were not professional.

Staff was very nice , we had an issue with our refrigerator and we were upgraded to a larger room

The water park wasn’t open but the kids still had a blast in the water

I loved the pool looked like a Waterpark. The water temperature was perfect. The room I stood in was clean with a kitchenette and dining/living room. My kids loved it here will definitely come again when I return to Minnesota.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
