I had a nice spacious room. Very clean. Mirrors, outlets, and sitting space were enough to do much with less stress. Warm breakfast in the morning. I was also able to use the elliptical in the small gym which was nice. The front desk staff was always friendly.

This hotel should invest in a little convenience store in the facility so people can buy essentials like water. Luckily the nice lady at the front desk gave me a bottle. Breakfast starts one hour later on the weekend. I guess that makes sense but I had to wait for food. The hotel location was kind of secluded. Nothing walkable like a Walgreens. The gym was out of wipes to wipe down the machines. As far my room, my only complaint was that the tub drain was slow and the towels were hard. Apparently maintenance doesn't work on the weekends and the rooms are cleaned every three days. I guess the hotel operations are still in COVID times.

Went to Minnesota in June 2022 for nice high school graduation stay at country inn it was wonderful excellent staff excellent room cleaning 10 plus good breakfast hot meal selection customer service front desk very helpful we'll stay again recommend to . Stay four nights hotel in a good area with different stores and restaurants I will be back. Meant to say my niece graduation from high school

Every thing was great. just needed to have a better snow removal company. i almost slipped twice walking to my vehicle. our room carpet was a bit dirty and the towels seemed thinner and smaller from the last time we stayed there.

far out and close to locations I needed to go to. hotel staff were amazing and very welcoming to me and my friends. Had a good laugh after such a long day

parking spaces were very crowded and horribly parked. by other customers making it difficult after a long flight to find a spot

Got upgraded to a bigger king business suite at check in. Nice big room. Big bathroom. Location to area attraction was good. Breakfast was good. Quiet hotel for being full.

Room windows stuck, didn't open. Shower could use a remodel but bathroom itself big and nice.

The breakfast was decent. Rooms were very nice. Lobby was clean.

When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes. I requested a room on the ground floor and we ended up on the second floor. The pull out bed was miserable.

I received exceptional service provided by Rhoda. She was awesome. There was a hiccup in my booking. The room I requested through the app was actually sold out. Rhoda went above and beyond to make sure I had a room. Breakfast was good.

The staff was great. We were in town for surgery on my dogs and finding a hotel that allowed pets for a reasonable price was not easy. The staff loved my kids and my dogs. My kids charm people everywhere we go, but my dogs are brats so the fact that there was no fear (one is a pitbull) or dislike of them warmed my heart. We were allowed a late check out since we were waiting to pick up the dogs.

My daughter said she found something under her pillow. I saw no flaws. Thermostat was touchy but once it was set to a good temperature it was perfectly comfortable. The shower hand sprayer didn't stay in the top position so it made rinsing my hair difficult, but there was plenty of hot water and OK water pressure.

The breakfast was great just wished they had bacon. I don't eat sausage.

The people in the room next door to us smoked in there bathroom an the smell came through into our bathroom.
