location was great and the property is clean and well maintained. we had a king room and it was very spacious. love that they have a microwave AND fridge in the room.

on our final day when we asked a housekeeper for more toilet paper she told us that they “were out” and couldn’t give us any. however when we passed 2 carts in the hall with the same housekeeper standing at one they had SEVERAL rolls on both carts. could really use more of a variety of items for breakfast

Was in town for an unfortunate family event. The room was great, comfortable and quiet, Large space with all amenities, such a nice ironing board and iron for clothes. The bath and shower were great, Bed comfortable with lot of pillows. Access is close to I55 and next door to Cracker Barrel. The breakfast was full on with eggs, sausage toast, coffee, juice and all other things for kids and anyone.

We liked the Staff, everyone was friendly, with bright beautiful smiles. They took time to answer your questions of how to get to places better.

There's no leach law for pets AT the hotel. I was attacked by another person dog staying at the hotel. The dog come at me, but stopped proabably 2 feet from me. They don't always obey. I'm very allergic to dogs.

clean, sleek, comfortable, easy in and out, everything about this was done very well, so it is the little things that stood out. that is certainly better than the big things standing out, but this place could be a 9.5 place (for my needs anyway).

blinds wouldn’t open, had to move, possibly a lack of help issue. the window was filthy (outside pane), again possibly a lack of help. the bathroom door is a sliding door, very heavy and if you shut it all the way, it’s almost impossible to get out without a lot of muscle.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. The location was convenient for my travel route (intersection of Hwy 84 and I-55). The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast was good.

I needed a paper receipt for my work expenses and was told I couldn't have one because I booked online. That doesn't make sense, so I think there's a training gap somewhere.

great location and very clean

the girl who checked us in was very rude. didn’t greet us at all. we walked in and she said “name?”, I gave her my name. She typed up our keys for our room and laid them on the counter and didn’t say anything. She needs some serious customer service training

Everything the front desk lady at check in and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful

front desk lady at checkout was irritated at me asking her questions and out right lied to me about my room charges. Maybe I was bothering her in her counter where she sat down and she had to keep getting up.

The first night room did not have what I has requested I ask for A room with 2beds and did not get it I was given A room with one king size bed when I told the staff at the desk she told me that she would have to speak to her manager but there would be nothing she could do that night but I went back the next day and spoke to the staff and she relocated me to a different room with 2 bed which I has requested

I felt like that since I has inform the staff that A mistake was made they should have been contacted the next day to inform me that my request was being handle and assign me to another room instead of me having to go back to the second time to ask for the room that I has booked in the first place

Close to the interstate, quiet, comfortable beds. Good breakfast. clean rooms.

Pillows were rather flat. Carpet on 3rd floor hallway is stained, needs cleaning.

The room was very clean and the beds was comfortable, however I paid though booking.com and then the hotel charged my card as well. As of today, I am still waiting on my refund and I've contacted the manager there but haven't heard from her.

Other then my card being charged twice nothing at all. I will be returning to this location if I need to get away again
