My daughter tasted the milk in one of the jugs that was not so fresh: she told the staff member and was Immediately brought out fresh milk. Fantastic staff!

Early in the morning there was talking in the hallway or from an open door that sound like it could have been the management. It went on for quite a while. I almost open my door to see who It was, but I was in a little pain. We had a handicap room. After taking a shower, water was all over the bathroom floor. There was an open soda that was left in the refrigerator that we found upon our arrival.

The property was very clean and centrally located to shopping and restaurants. I also had a broken foot so it was great that we were located on the second floor and our room was upgraded at the last minute.

The manager is so very pleasant and friendly. I love the upkeep of this property. As soon as I walk into the lobby, I can see how beautiful and clean this place is. The rooms are exceptional and very welcoming. I can’t wait to come back again. I always feel like I’m home when I stay here.

Very clean and the air conditioner was so cold it was unbelievable. I usually can't get a hotel room cool enough. Never have I seen one got too cold for me!!

All no smoking rooms. It's an inconvenience for an old woman having to walk the long hallway to the checkout desk and out to my car just to smoke a cigarette.

They kept making mistakes with the billing on my credit card of big amounts. The result they ran my credit card up because of all the holds. Then I was embarrassed when I went to make a simple $20 purchase and I was declined. I was from another state. What if that was my only way to survive.

We really had an awesome time here at this hotel. The location was great. Next to a lot of different service stations, restaurants,Pizza Hut across the street there’s a nail place across the street Mexican restaurant if you like Mexican is across the street everything was just nice. The staff was great. The breakfast was great. The pool was nice.

Skipped breakfast, because I slept so well. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The location was perfect and I did not have to drive far to get food. The services were good. I did not have to ask any of the staff for anything, because everything was readily available to me for use. Enjoyed my stay.

I have no complaints or concerns at this time. Great job!

I loved the layout of the room and the location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. Mr. Wilson was excellent. He remained on the property and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were clean and we felt safe during the Hurricane and for COVID.

The property was very nice. They need a backup generator for power loss, but it was a nice stay.
