The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating of requests for needed items. Knowledgeable of the area and attentive to needs and nuances. Coffee was great, multiple choices for continental breakfast.

the exhaust fan in the bathroom was wired together with the lights, was exceedingly noisy. There was only 6 electrical outlets in the entire room; this is not adequate for the charging/ recharging needs of the traveling public. There is no elevator to the second floor where the rooms are located, long flight of stairs, handrails ended before the stairs did. Need to change the web site to reflect this and that there is only on street parking available.

The staff member in the morning was helpful and professional. The view was nice and a clean room.Bed was comfortable and sleep well

At night the key didn’t work after a long night of partying. Could not even get in the building and it was dark out. Took night shift worker at least 15-20 min to get down stairs. The next night while standing up in my room another guy walked in.. His key worked my door. Luckily we laughed it off but this day and age could have been bad

The location was great and most of the things needed was with walking distance. The staff was great and friendly. I enjoyed the great restaurant and smoothie shop down the street front Skylight.

I couldn’t see anything been better right now except for some music in the area. Oh maybe if they can put an elevator in for the seniors. Keep doing what you are doing, a great place to stay in Greenville MS

It was a little, quaint surprise. I love the Victorianesque feel of the hotel. It was a pleasant stay.

I didn’t like that the hotel sits above a night club. The music was excessively loud.

It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I loved the decor and the original features that were still visible. Everything within the hotels control, we found to be excellent.

The hotel is located above a bar and on Friday and Saturday nights it is open until 2am. The music was very loud. The hotel has no control over this but it was a downside for us when needing to go to bed for an early departure the next morning.

Location! Location! Location! Any great gateway you want convenience and this provides all. Upscale rooms with view of downtown Greenville located directly above a 5 star restaurant and lounge. Close to the casinos. My stay turned into 2 days because we didn't want to leave.Staff was amazing and took care of all our needs. The ambiance was amazing from Suite to the Hall. Perfect! Just missing a full mirror in the hall for pictures. lol. We will be back.. Thank you from ATL

The hotel is located downtown which was a plus for us. Minutes away from the casinos, restaurants, and Lake Ferguson. We enjoyed our night out with the live band at the restaurant downstairs with great food and drinks. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. The hotel was very clean and the staff were professional. The staff even told us the history of the building. Built in 1900, and it is so beautiful! We will definitely be back.

What I didn't like was the fact that we had to leave our private getaway.

The breakfast was wonderful! The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and casino and everything is within walking distance. The matresses were ivery comfortable and we had a very quiet sleep and woke up very refreshed. I will definitely stay again and i highly recommend it!

It was like stepping back into time with this property. It reaped of southern hospitality, down in the Delta… the staff was phenomenal. When ever I’m there… that’s where I’m staying!!

The Breakfast was good . I think we beat the mourning rush. They meet our expectations and we were surprised by the service.

I couldn’t think of a thing that I could change If I could.
