Everything was exceptional! The beds were comfortable, the air and condition of the room was clean. The shower was warm and shower head had options for settings. Lots of electric and even some USB outlets. Loved the spaciousness of the room with plenty of counter space for our luggage. AND my favorite part was the breakfast: Scrambled Eggs and boiled eggs, turkey bacon, Home Fries, Waffle Maker, muffins, instant oatmeal, grits, hot chocolate with marshmallows, chocolate and plain milk, single serving juices ( apple, orange, and grape), bagels, toaster, cream cheese and other condiments, regular and instant decaf coffee with options for creamers

The spacious room, friendly staff, comfy bed, & the breakfast was great... excellent variety.

The water pressure wasn't great & my shower never got hot, just Luke warm... that wasn't pleasant!!! And my phone in the room didn't work.

This was a great experience! The gentleman at the desk when we arrived informed us that the room wasn’t ready. And after 14 hours driving, that’s not what you want to hear at all. But he explained the shortage of housekeepers, and the day after Christmas makes complete sense. Kuddos to the accommodating team as they had our room ready in less than 15 minutes.

Bottom line, would stay at again if passing through. Check-in was smooth and easy, not always the case when making a reservation on line. The location is good, but the street for the motel is sneaky, off a frontage road with no street sign. Missed it the first time and had to go through a restaurant parking lot to access it. Easiest way to remember it, the motel is located across from a Holiday Inn Express, which is readily visible. Wi-Fi was strong and fast. The king bed was on the firm side, but I've had worse. The was a shower to step into, preferable to climbing into a bath tub to take a shower before bed. The 'Grab and Go' breakfast was not bad for an all-prepackaged breakfast. Several steps above a Continental breakfast.

Fresh apples and oranges, but no bananas, at breakfast, not a deal breaker. Also not a deal breaker was a single luggage cart-I didn't have to wait for it, but someone else did wait while I was using it.

We make the long trip from central Texas to Savanah, GA several times a year, we discovered this hotel and make it our (about) half-way stop over EVERY trip now.

People with pets do NOT pick up after their dogs.

Location to restaurants. Excellent breakfast selection.

Building showed its age. TV appeared to be using over the air reception and some channels would sometimes lose signal.

It is very difficult to get to and directions were hard to follow.. Very stingy with towels and cups. The carts are about to fall apart. Needs updating in the worst way!

Good location and the room was clean. Walking distance to a few restaurants.

When we first arrived to check in, I was informed that our room had been canceled like a few minutes before se arrived. We got there around 5:30 p.m. Most hotels usually would call to double check your arrival time and you pay at the property once confirmed. Sometimes, if they know you are on the way, you can go ahead and pay over the phone. Well, that wasn't the case. The lady at the front desk stated because the card wasn't valid she canceled. She had an attitude and was rude to us after explaining to her how most hotels usually call you. She also said that she was going to charge us the original price for the room instead of the Booking.com price. So I guess after she realized it wasn't fair, she then rebooked the room using the Booking price.

Didn't have a breakfast, I took off before breakfast.

i couldn't find a clark who willing to give my receipt for my travel expenses. Did look and wait for 15 min.

Room was clean, updated, bed very comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was more than we expected. We had planned on just fruit and granola but this hotel had sandwiches to warm up yogurts, juice, and much more. No need to eat anywhere else.

The eating area was very warm compared to the rooms. Wish that the staff had been more clear about what the grab and go breakfast consisted of when we arrived. We actually couldn't stay to eat all they offered.
