All of the staff were very nice, the front desk workers helped us with our breakfast (I assume there's some issues with patrons burning themselves on the waffle iron) and check out was very easy. Cleaning staff was nice too.

Out in the parking lot a number of guests were getting high in their vehicles, or visibly drunk outside of their rooms. The parking lot was also quite dark, and it didn't feel particularly safe.

Joan and Marsha helped me check in and out for our stay and they were both so kind and helpful. Destiny cleaned our room and it looked AMAZING! everything was clean and comfortable. will definitely stay here again!

the GPS directions and the frontage road in front of the gas station needs some type of sign pointing to the hotel as we missed it when we turned in off Williams and had to circle around/behind the property, but it didn’t take us too long or far out of the way.

The front desk staff were warm, friendly, hospitable, efficient and helpful at all times for the entire 3 days. I was very impressed with these gals and thanked them for it. The popcorn machine was a nice treat too. The breakfast had hot waffles, little peanut butter cups, cereal, yogurt, fruit and more. I liked it very much.

The carpeting is getting very worn. That would be my only criticism.

I enjoyed the fact that it was a hassle free experience, I went into to get my room, they asked my name and was able to find me in their computer system right away. This was really nice, in a few places I have been lately they act like are you sure. The facilities were very nice, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in town do to my child was taken care of some business at the college in town. Room was very clean, and the temperature was great, considering it was a 100 degrees outside. There is plenty to choose from for eating places in the area. The lighting in the room was very good. I will definitely stay here again, should I be in town for a few days.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and down to earth. They were knowledgeable, well-spoken and personable. The facility itself was very clean and the rooms were in excellent condition and well equipped. The breakfast in the morning held a wide variety of choices, and the staff were helpful. A very relaxing and enjoyable stop along our route, and a location we'll put on our list to stay at again in the future.

There wasn't anything to dislike! Everything and everyone contributed to a welcoming atmosphere.

The bed was very comfortable. My room had a fridge. Staff was very friendly and professional. They had free popcorn and lemonade available in the lobby.

The walls were a little thin, but I was able to sleep just fine. We had a King Room and it was just big enough--with two of us in there we had to coordinate sometimes as there wasn't much extra floor space.

The staff during breakfast were like pleasant midwestern grandmas. Perfect amount of conversation. It truly felt like you stepped into their kitchen for a bit of breakfast! New golden standard

The space in the room was smaller than expected. No exhaust fan in the bathroom made it uncomfortably humid at times.

The beds were really comfortable, had a large TV, refrigerator and microwave in the rooms! The staff was really friendly and they had fresh popcorn in the lobby!

The pool was not open yet and they charged an incidental fee per room which we were not aware of until we checked in. The fee was refunded within 24 hours after checkout but if you are traveling, that can be quite an expense you aren’t expecting.

The staff was all very friendly. The lady at the desk during check in was super nice. We chatted for about 10 minutes. We felt like family. During breakfast time the same lady came over to talk to us some more. She even started making our waffles. Put plastic ware on our table.

Staff was a real pleasure. Location was convenient but a little further than I truly planned to travel. Booking was an emergency due to power outage at home with temperature near 0. Booking was easy and check-in quick and easy.

There was nothing I didn't like.
