Comfort Inn and Suites Joplin

We love that this place is easy to get to from the interstate, that it is close to a variety of places to eat, that the lobby and dinning room is clean, pleasant, and attractive, the room sizes are very comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We had a great time - the warm breakfast is wonderful and well stocked with food that is fresh and hot! Well done by all!

There was nothing that we did not like. There were only a couple of small issues - the shower head in Room 106 needs to have some adjustment made so the 'spray' setting comes out as a spray rather than a stream. The TV remote turns on the TV but will not turn off the TV and keep it off - it kept coming back on after we thought it was off. The TV could only be turned off using the Power Button on the actual TV itself.

The friendliness and welcoming attitude of the staff was great after a long day's drive.

I was concerned about traveling through a place with high rates of COVID-19 transmission. I was very relieved to see hotel staff wearing masks, and nearly all visitors in the hotel wearing masks as well. It was posted but in other parts of the country I have been to people have ignored the signs.

The breakfast was good. At least there was a choice of having just cereal or something hot to eat. The staff seemed to be on top of things, making sure there was enough biscuits, eggs and sausage available.

I was a little disappointed that there were no bananas to eat. Als ,I did not see any cartons of chocolate or white milk to grab to drink. It would have been nice to have the option of some type of cranberry juice to drink.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. The hotel is decorated pleasantly, it is clean, and great hot breakfast . The internet is fast and easy to connect to. Everything in bathroom worked and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room is great.

It is difficult to get off the road and into the hotel. Range Line Road is ridiculously busy all the time.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Desk person at check-in friendly and welcoming. He wore a mask!

As I was checking out, I had to pass through the lobby twice - the housekeeping person was NOT wearing a mask! No matter how much you clean, if the cleaner is positive, he/she leaves their germs on everything they touch!

Very nice motel. Quiet, clean, safe. In a location we needed. Beds were comfortable, but the room needs a comfortable, soft chair to sit in. Not having a chair meant that one of us had to sit on the bed, which is not exactly the best position for our backs.

Staff was the best! I actually drove off leaving my DL and credit cards in my room when I checked out . When I stopped for gas two hours later is when I realized what I had done. I immediately phoned the hotel and Brandon ran to the room while I was on hold and found them there. He held them at the desk for two hours while I drove back to get them. BRAVO BRANDON, you’re the best!!!

The back entrance which was most convenient for my room location had a broken card reader. Had to walk all the way around the hotel to get in when bringing my things in.

Fairly clean. Right off Interstate. clse to everything. Beds were comfortable.

Lady at checkin desk acted like she could care less if we stayed. We picked this location because it had a hot tub. Hot tub was out of order; drained. Toilet in room was not clean. Hotel is in awkward location. kind of like an alley. Parking is somewhat inconvenient. Breakfast wasnt great!!

great tucked in location away from the busy streets, we had a super accessible room and the breakfast was AMAZING.

the pool heater was broke and that’s the highlight of my daughters stay HOWEVER it didn’t stop her she swam anyway so, it doesn’t really count!

Breakfast was delicious. WiFi bandwidth was above average. Room was perfect for our needs and was very clean. Would recommend for others and will stay again when traveling to Carthage, MO in the future.
