Argosy Casino Hotel & Spa

Room was nice and clean. There was a large walk-in shower which was a nice. Casino was clean unlike some others in the area.

The location is in an industrial area near the river. Not the best but understandable because of the laws in MO governing Casino locations. It seems that when booked through Booking.com the location appears to give you a room that is at the lower rate end for what you pay. Our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the parking lot with a huge tree in front of the window. It was not a deal breaker but the cost per night was high. We could have stayed at a very nice hotel with breakfast included for the price. No breakfast options offered during a weekday stay only at weekends in the restaurant.

The smell of the hotel is awesome it has a lavender vanilla smell. Our room was big didn't smell any smoke in our room. The hotel and casino is hooked and all in one building. Didn't hear anything when we stayed in our room. We were on the 8th floor. Great view as well.

The restaurants we're ok. Wish we could have ordered our food from 99 hops from the room and went to pick it up if it was allowed, they didn't answer the phone might of been busy?. The donut shop had little Flys in the case, so we skipped that. The other restaurant was closed only open later in the week. The floor in the bathroom is slippery when u get out of the shower make sure u put towels down or u will slip n slide.

The rooms were great, and everything was in top condition. The people were pleasant and helpful, and easy to find. Parking was good, with plenty of cover for loading/unloading in wet weather.

The $12 amenity fee was minor, but a bit of a pain. Who charges for water bottles and wifi? Finding a morning coffee to use the $5 amenity fee credit took some work, but it was worth it.

The staff were very friendly and the place was clean. The hotel was fairly quiet at night.

The restaurants in the casino have very long waiting times for your food. We will definitely make reservations for dinner early in the day so we don't end up eating late. There is nothing close around the hotel to go to for dinner, so make those reservations early. It would be good if the hotel or casino had a gift shop available.

The hotel is beautiful.

The little kids hanging out in the parking lot without any parental supervision. The parking lot divided from casino has limited spaces for hotel guests side. Restaurants close pretty early for it to be a casino. Gift shop is not really a gift shop.

EVERYTHING!!! It was beautiful and so many things to do for us to do. Several restaurants and bars and I left the casino in the green so that's always a good thing.

The fact that I couldn't stay longer. Wish we could get an entire weekend there to make sure we get to see all of it.

Service was excellent, very friendly. Everyone was instantly and consistently friendly and welcoming. Every staff member went out of there way to be helpful. Showers are amazing, great view, and the steak house was divine.

No room service currently being offered. Not sure if that is really because pandemic or nationwide staff shortages, but I really did find myself wishing they found a way to offer it. I also would've love spa to be open but I get why that's not a thing at the moment. And drinks at casino bar are pretty small.

Super nice room and definitely clean. Only got to stay for 4 hours before leaving tho do to work.

I was charged originally $167 which is what I was quoted but when I checked in I was charged another $50 and another $117.88. Absolutely outrageous for that, thanks argosy.

The rooms were excellent. The shower had two heads. Great rest.

The casino doesn't have food after 10. Had to leave to search for a restaurant.

The facility was beautiful and had a pleasant smell added to the air system.

The uneasy access and entry to the casino. The drive was too winding and difficult to get to, especially if it is your first visit
