My wife and I had an excellent stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City North/Gladstone. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. We were also pleased with the hotel's facilities, which included a fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. One thing that really stood out to us was the hotel's convenient location. It was just a short drive from downtown Kansas City, which made it easy to explore the city's attractions and restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City North/Gladstone to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Kansas City area. The staff was exceptional, the rooms were great, and the amenities were top-notch. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Not a thing! The room was nice and breakfast was great! We will definitely be staying there again! There wasn’t anything we were unhappy with! I have nothing to complain about! We loved how close the hotel was to the seminary!

The breakfast was very good. It made it easier for us in the morning. I was happy with the bathroom. I had plenty of space for our family. I was also happy to have the room clean when I wanted, and not touched when I wanted. Also the staff was very friendly...that makes a big difference on which place I want to stay.

The only thing I was not happy about was the pool. The pool was very small, great for little children, but not for my older kids. I know that cannot be changed, so I am not complaining.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel was clean. Room was clean.

There is not enough parking on the property. We, and other guests, had to park up the hill away from the hotel. The parking area was either a public lot or owned by someone other than the hotel. It was okay as we were there on the weekend and the business where we parked was closed. May not be so forgiving during the week.

The location and newness of the hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. Easy to find and get into the parking lot and out into traffic. Plenty of places to eat within a couple of miles.

Breakfast was minimal with not much selection. Television did not change channels or do anything very fast. Front desk said that the service either needed to be reset or there were too many people using it.

The Hotel just opened in December 2021. The wide aisle after the elevators and down the length of the rooms was a plus compared to other Hotels. Although just a Queen size room, it was a large room, very clean and well maintained. The exercise room was clean and had just enough of the right equipment for a workout. Breakfast was OK. Catherine did a great job hustling to insure all of the guests requests were met in a timely manner. The night of our check in Billy was superb in welcoming us and being patient in answering all of our questions.

The experience, overall was great. However, we were somewhat surprised by the additional Fees, Taxes PLUS a Resort charge. We are used to Fees and Taxes being added on but was surprised at the percentage and then a Resort Tax being added after all of that. The large print competitive price, stated on Booking.com, that initially attracted us to the property, escalated into an way above average Total cost, that we are used too, for a Queen size bed room.

Very clean and quiet! Easy, fast check-in. Good breakfast and even though it was a busy weekend there was always a place to sit.

Parking the 1st night was a little tight due to property being sold out, but we still found a spot. The pool is pretty small. But my kiddo made a friend and they had the pool to themselves so it worked out great

So nice. Loved the large size shampoo conditioner and body wash. The food was great. Everything was nice and clean. The price was amazing and the staff was top notch. They acted like they loved their job.

The neighborhood, but the hotel can’t help that. The room could have been a tad roomier and there should have been a regular dresser with more than 2 drawers.

The hotel was probably on of the nicest if not the nicest hotels my wife and I have stayed at. Very modern, up-to date, well set up rooms. Nice breakfast.

The only thing I could say would be, the pool is a little small for how big the hotel is, but not everyone will even use a hotel pool. So, not a big deal.

The location was nice, the staff was very kind and attentive. My favorite part was the gym and the pool conveniently located by the gym. The gym had great quality equipment.

I had trouble sleeping due to the noise, I heard constant banging sounds that even the fan couldn’t fully block out. There were a couple of stains on the carpet.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent especially Frank in maintenance (helped get my wife into wheelchair after a fall) and the person who checked us in in the evening (he was folding towels) helped us with things

pool could have been bigger. Grandson was disappointed in that.
